My very first time riding an Iron 883! Even though I own a sportster I have to admit, this is the farthest I've ever ridden one because mine is still on the lift. Changing that soon!

You asked who else stretches, well, it was a bit before your time, but Stretch Armstrong. I loved that guy when I was growing up and even had the toy, at least until my sister destroyed it.
Rode yesterday in 40 degrees (aMeRiCuN) and rain here in Virginia. Still had the time of our lives.

I know southerners get guff for complaining about 70s being cold, but comfort is acclimation. I live in northern Alberta, and I've waited for schoolbusses in -40 in jeans and sneakers, but throw me in a normal Florida summer and I would straight up die in the heat. You guys can handle Florida's punishment and I respect that.
PA weather is really brutal right now. I have a brand new Iron 883 in my garage waiting patiently. Can't wait for spring.

Wasn't the fast bike I've ever had but a ton of fun. With my mods it spooled up fast and has you grinning like mad! 😁
Modified stock intake with a K&N filter, stage 1 flash and Black Bassani Radial Sweepers without the heat sheilds (get heat sheilds 🔥🔥🔥) and forward controls.
Method to my madness: When you get hot in the corners you'll drag the bolt on the exhaust if you hit a bump. Bassani took care of that and are totally badass!
Forward controls actually give extra clearance in the corners. Don't get them. You get in that clam shell position and you either deal or hate it. I got used to it.
I still say your best bet is the XL1200T. I think it's actually lower than the Iron and has mid controls with mini apes.

The 883 is awesome, there is so much you can do to it. They are alot of fun to ride. And that's FACTS on the Harley kick stand, I'm always paranoid when I walk away from my street glide waiting for it to fall over.
I have the blacked out 883. Those mufflers definitely make a world of difference. I took them off and replaced them with slip on exhaust with short baffles. It really barks now
I have a 2012 883 with a 1275cc hammer kit 120hp but only makes 115 hp with 98fpt the bike is bad ass love it

That Bike fits you really well. A lil bar adjustment, some black straight through slip-ons, and you'd be ROCKIN IT!!!
my 2016 iron 883 looks just like that. youre not too short, bike is heavy but you can ride it. peace and ride on .
1.) You look great on both scooters but I love that you love the Bonneville.
2.) You’re too young to know but “Stretch Armstrong” (not a movie character but a toy) also stretches.
3.) I love videos with you and Josh riding together. Can’t wait for your “long” trip together. 🤙

I actually like your hair dark better so thumbs down to that guy. You are about the same age as my son and I get a kick out of your Channel! I think you're doing a good thing in that your channel encourages more gals to ride, and I think that is a good thing! I live with my son who has a hot rodded out FXR and I have my road king so we're kind of a biker family. Keep up the good work! And you're cute as a bug's ear😉.

I get a kick out some of you Floridians, acting like less than 70 degrees is cold! I recall going to meet a buddy for breakfast on my Suzuki Intruder and as I got on the freeway for 2 miles it was 42 degrees (f) ! And I wasn't wearing gloves! From Metro Detroit, Rock on!
We just lost our local harley dealer. They had to drop the name because of harleys "restructuring". Just one dealer in the whole province now. They still sell atvs, mowers, blowers, generators.... but I liked looking at the road glides

The reliability is amazing ive got a 1200 , I got it in sept with 5 miles and just hit 10k , great daily and runs great in 30 degree weather . Oh yeah im not in fl anymore

That’s the worst thing about HD. When I first got a new streetbob I liked the look. Hated the ride. Swapped out the seat. Bars. Exhaust for sound. LOVE it! You have to accessorize to make it what it needs to be.
Videos starts with "I haven't been on a bike in a week" I'm thinking that's a long time as I'm Sitting up north in 20 degrees and haven't seen my bike in at least 2 weeks
Everyone thinks I’m out of my mind, but I’m still riding my bike to work nearly every day, regardless of how cold it is. The only time I don’t ride is when there’s ice on the road.

A KTM Duke 890r, is under $12,000 with TFT dash, stability control, traction control, ABS, Drive modes, Brembo brakes, quick shifter, 119 horsepower, adjustable shocks, 406 pounds wet. Motorcycle.com stated best value bike for 2020. No stage 4 needed.

You mentioned the bars being to far forward and the pipes not quite at the right tone, that’s a quick bar swap and exhaust change out. And it’s a done deal. The nice thing about the Iron’s is they come with mid controls, no need to be all flex out all the time.

I had the 883 iron with Vance and Hines short shots and air intake upgrade with stage 1 and it was bad ass and got a lot of compliments on it. These are really simple mods and don't cost much.

I melted my Blundstone rigger boots resting too close to the fire pit before. Well I was standing in it too. But still…screwed the soles. Favourite boots. Still wore them till they completed fell apart 😂

The 48's forward foot controls are too much of a stretch for someone who is only 5' tall! The Iron's mid -set controls are ideal for shorter legs but the XL883L 'Superlow' is even better for the vertically challenged.
Possibly, I have a friend who is short, no problems and love it. Worth a try...
