And "They" said money can't buy happiness..... B.S. ....... it sure does when it comes to Airplanes and Hangers ... what a fine place to have Saturday morning Pancake Breakfasts with all the locals !
Very nice who wouldn’t want to live where they can just fly straight out of there house very nice I have the same wisdom chair but recently I moved to couch my BACK HURTING ME uggs…very nice airstream
Surprisingly modest given the size of the hangar and cost of planes and size of the location. US wooden construction is not that expensive. Just 3-4 months of that plane could double the size of the house and that's not even an exaggeration :) ignoring taxes. We really need a revolution in aviation. The turbine world is ridiculously overpriced. Plus the planes are too heavy in the turbine world for no reason. 64000 PT6 engines have been made. At some point economy of scale should kick in. Not scale of greed. And it's not high tech, it's a 1950s design. They made it back then too.
I looked at that place like 8 years ago when the prices were a quarter of what they are now. His power is cheap because of the Palisades Dam and a ton of wind mills in Idaho. Nearest nuclear plant is way out in Washington.
Great video and a beautiful home....is there any way I can find out who the architect of the home is? Would love to build something similar here in Texas.
Yes. Because when your plane is AT your house, you can spend ample time with your baby you spent so much money on. If I were a rich man and could afford a plane like that, I'd be spending nights in the garage/hangar loving it, caressing it, washing it, jamming out with the stereo with it, bbq'ing with it, you get the picture. It would basically become my soulmate. Haha.
“This is the chair where I dispense wisdom…” I am gonna steal that line.

SERIOUSLY!!! 😭
YEP !@@2WhiteAndNerdy
The 2014 SOCATA TBM 700 parked outside the hanger is a very lovely vehicle.
Very cool of him to let you show it all off!
Finally! You gave the people what they wanted!
Man! I have been dreaming of that place for months! Thanks for the tour. I hope to be there sometime
I made my living working nuclear safety. I have no problem with nuclear power.
Cool dude with a cool awesome pad
What a dream pad!!! I bet that's a fun community to be a part of.

Alpine Air Park is the dream address

That is an awesome setup with only one flaw. All that white stuff outside is no bueno. Put that package in arizona and it is perfect.

Enjoyed the tunes. House size is plenty for me.
Tune is original music played by @adventuresofalphapop btw

Nice,
Did you say hi to Guthmiller while you were there?
I tried reaching out
It looks kinda tacky and cheap in style like going to HomeGoods or Michaels and seeing cheeky faux, wood signs and things everywhere
Sure it's cool but is it much different from picking a place 5 min from the airport?
