- The 4th Avenue Street Fair began in 1970 when merchants put tables in front of their stores to attract holiday shoppers. In 1978 I shot this student film/ music video while at the U.of Az./radio-tv dept..It was originally transferred to 3/4 inch tape and edited as a class project.I recently found the "shot in cam" reel, and had it transferred to an Mpeg file.then edited in iMovie on a Macbook Pro.I used copyrighted music in 1978 and today, the Band's "Life is a Carnival"Please respect the copyrighted material by the Band.
