Your Insta Pot air-fryer Lost power? Here’s a quick and easy fix.
Note: circuit breaker could trip again. This unit has tripped on us a number of times after this fix. We simply pop off the cover and reset the breaker again. We still have it till’ this day. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I don’t think I’ve EVER commented on RUclips, but I’m commenting today. My air fryer is fixed. Thank you SO much for the easy, helpful instructions. FYI, I didn’t have to unscrew anything. I only took the top off.

Thank you very much for taking your time making this video and demostrating the fix for the rest of the world to learn.
Today from finding your video, drilling a hole using step drill bit and through then hole pushing the little switch, it took a whole 5 min. I felt a very little click from that little switch when I applied downward push. When plugged in, sure enough the fryer turned on.
Those of you doing this, MAKE SURE YOUR CORD IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE SOCKET!

Oh my goodness !!! This happened to me twice now evidently the microwave and the air fryer can not be used at the same time with the power strip. I was about to order one from Amazon but I decided to try opening it. I’m glad I found your channel and started pushing buttons cause mine is not exactly the one you have I got the smallest one. I can’t believe how easy to fix this thing is. I’m so grateful to you for saving me money since I’m only living on my disability so it helped me a lot. Thank you very much.

In my case, the thermal breaker trips if I set the temperature to 400F, but it doesn't at 350F. So, it seems to be a bit out of calibration. I won't be able to use the device at the higher temperatures, unless I find the replacement thermal fuse/breaker. The control board, temperature sensor, and relay are functioning properly. It is also possible that my temperature sensor is inaccurate (reads low), but Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD) are generally known for their reliability.
