It seems to move around quite a lot depending on form, but really it should be a nearly fixed stat within a half star or so, the player either has good potential or they don't. Instead i've seen multiple players go from 5 star world class, to peaked at 1 to 2 stars within a season, which i find weird.
for better result scout result ur scout must have natural aptitude and when before u decide team affiliate u must look they facilities u can look in general info when they have better facilities ur young player is better result this is my opinion sorry if my english not good
@Khvaradona u better recall that player im always monitoring my players who got loan in mid season when u have 15-20 match u can go to development hub > loan progress when ur player dont have app with ur matches or no game time u better recall them and u can loaned them again until final season it's my plan every season 👍👍👍
I always send my youth scout to find wonderkids (same method like you explained in the video) and always come back with ZERO reports 😢, How can I fix that?
@@xtreme.editz007 this bug is something new for me, maybe that particular affiliate club has a certain player limit to loan in. you can have more than one affiliate club, so try to accept more affiliate clubs , maybe they can alllow to loan in.
the only way i know to this, is by using board request option and requesting them to upgrade the stadium capacity. other way is to use the in game editor which requires extra money to have it.
Please save yourself some trouble, buy talent according to the league you're in😂, I've signed more than 20 star players for the past 3 seasons, they're grown now, useless trouble from big clubs...
