Scouting Center > Players in Range (make sure you have World Package). Age 15-17 International Caps: At Least 1 Sort by World Reputation Age 18-21 International Caps: At Least 5 (or 10) Sort by World Reputation Scout these findings. Simple and easy :)

Best method I've used: Scouting -> Players -> Filter by Media Description, 15-18 y/o -> scout anyone with "Promising..." and "Wonderkid" and any position description that does not include the word "young"
Instead of going to world youth intake. Go into continents youth intake, then it is sorted by month instead of full year. That way it is easyer to find out which newgens that comes each month. Then make a note for the 1. Of every month, then you don't miss any of the newest youth intake.
Good video. Few of these I use. From your 5th suggestion, I found a guy in Germany that was wanted by Dortmund and Inter. Signed him up for League 1 Scunthorpe Utd! Tom Bischof I think his name is.

Thanks, Jake. In FM23 I've been having the following problem, I even thought you would comment. I can't sign the vast majority of players U18. They say they are not interested and also that they prefer to continue their youth training at the club they are (even worst than mine). I only get it the day they have an 18th birthday. It seems to be some legal limitation (although I've had this issue with EU players as well). But Man City sign the same player who rejected me. What I find very strange. 😢(I'm managing Hamburg, Bundesliga). Does this happen tô any of you?
@@laurisomiska2924 Yes, that I know. But two facts are strange to me: 1) Even European players are rejecting; and 2) Man City can do it and my club (Hamburg) can't.

Once a year I'll go through the top 50 ranked nations' youth teams and set the view to reputation as some will be listed as wonderkids!
I think the nxgn award is March 31 every year
Or April 1st always one of those two dates

Some countries, especially in south america, have rules that you cannot transfer to clubs abroad until age of 18

it´s just how it works. Players nder 18 usually dont want to transfer, nothing speciall.
Instead of just pressing Once to find wanted players, and then scroll down. Press the botton twice and they will come to the top of the list.
