Actually in Spider-Man: Homecoming, when Tony tells Peter, "If you are nothing without this suit, then you shouldn't have it!". But Peter got bit by a Spider and already has enhanced muscle strength and much more. Tony's the one just a normal being without the suit. But Iron Man 3's scenes proved that he himself is much more than the suit.
That was Tony's entire point. He knew Peter was very capable young man even without the suit but because Peter said he's nothing without it, Tony decided to take it away to show Peter the way. Because Peter relied too much on it, it was a crutch and not a tool to enhance his already great abilities as it was meant to be.

This one was a great movie for Tony Stark as person his character grown in the movie was exponential because he is not just his tech, suits and Jarvis, he is a man with a great intelect, who managed to rise from his failures (the first movie, the second one with a little insight of dad Stark, and now here)

It was the first MCU movie I saw in theatres.
Bruh Iron man 3 is my favorite iron man movie hands down, it shows that tony stark is still iron man without the suit and shows how much intelligence/craftsmanship he has
This was probably the best part of Ironman 3.
Tony showing his true skills by going low tech.

When I first saw this movie with my friends they HATED this scene but I really liked it, it was cool seeing Tony use his wits and his mechanical skills (albeit on a much smaller scale) to take out bad guys instead of blowing them up with a suit of armor and repulsor blasts.
This is a great scene as to remind the audience that Stark is more than just the suit.

One of the best Tony scenes. Hes a millionaire. Think about it for a bit.
They broadcast “the Mandarin” like he’s out and about doing horrible things. This place is literally a studio with makeup, actors, props, and screens used to stage fake stuff.
Also, if the screen was supposed to be used in the scene for an effect, what effect would that be in an indoor setting where no CGI is needed?
Isn't the place a studio though?
They didn't forget. That whole bit happens in a film studio, where it makes sense to have a green screen visible.

One question: since he's basically a millionaire is no one gonna walk up to him in that store and be like "OmG it's Tony Stark, can I get an autograph?"
1. He was presumed dead
2. No one could recognize him since he was wearing a Hood and glasses.
3. Are you really expecting for the first thing tony to do once he "came back from the dead" to go to a home depot?
You'll be surprised how often celebrities get away with blending into the public just with a cap and some shades.
I've met Jeff Foxworthy in person and I wasn't sure it was him until he filled out a repair ticket for a watch repair. And he wasn't trying to hide who he was. People always look a little different in person than they do in front of a camera. There are exceptions to this of course. When I met Bill Goldberg and Tom Glavin I instantly recognized both of them.

Its funny to see mandarin after watching Shung-Chi
Because Shang-Chi redeemed Mandarin and showed better Asian respect unlike Mulan.

Tony Stark’s superpower is his brain.

2:01 whoa looks like he broke character right there, he tried taking off his glove with his mouth to make the entrance look extra cool. But then he realized it should’ve electrocuted him.. so he pulls away all fast and looks at the camera for a subtle second. Just thought that was funny to notice
Oh nvm he did take it off lol, damn he did it fast
I want a solo Iron Man game, something similar to Spider-Man PS4. I always thought a stealth section like this, would be pretty cool.
1:08 typical, instead of aiming guns at the direction the mysterious object was thrown from, or even jumping away from it knowing it's most likely a grenade, the henchmen just slowly watch it get closer to them and randomly pick it up
Worst guards ever lol
