So THIS is random… I made that hand-drawn map that you showed during the intro 😂 you probably got it from a Reddit post I made about 10 years ago. And now we’ve come full circle because here I am watching your stuff to improve my table top gaming ❤️
This is awesome, if i had known the Creator of that map i would love to credit you. I love that map it fits the intro so good. I did not have any of my old hand-drawn maps any more, so i just made a google search and found yours❤️ thank you for being here on my channel. I will give you credit for it when i make an update on how i have used the table and done some upgrades. But i still need some more footage and story to tell, before it becomes a video. Thank you for sharing😀
@@olebrogger no worries, friend! I was excited to see it! I haven’t done many hand-drawn ones since then since it takes forever, but I have gotten back into map making with stuff like inkarnate. Your videos are definitely an inspiration 👍
well done and congrats on a phenomenal gaming table!! :D You may find using your wood router easier if you have a routing table (with the router mounted underneath) and a fence/guide. That way you can slide the wooden piece across, as opposed to the router itself (which can buck). The router will push the wood against the fence, and since it's a routing table and not the actual project piece you'll find the positiiong of your body easier. I love the setup and the amount of care and thought that went into this is immediately apparent. I hope your group appreciates your awesome new setup.
Thank you so much for your advice😃 i thought about a routing table but i dont have room for one that size handling the big MDF boards. A big table CNC table would have been nice, but i did not have acces to one😃 I could have solved it for the wire grove on my table saw if i had done it before glueing the wood in😁
I hope to gather my group soon and play some DnD 😃 but they are all busy and we are only able to schedule a couple of days per year. Im thinking about starting a new group from my local area and reboot my campaign so i can have some more regular games. i also have som upgrades in mind I want to do in a Future video😀 thank you for watching❤️
Thank you so much :-) Funny You mention that, i actually made a bit fun of it at the table every time my friend put a new set of minis on the table ;-) I'm Glad I'm not the only one who noticed that :-)
your original video on making the TV box was what made me find your channel and it inspired me to make something. now I'm looking at the TV I got and wonder if this is a better solution XD
Thank you, i am so happy that i can inspire other people. Im just build as i go and dont plan much a head. Just do it and you are welcome to share your build in my discord server. I will post a link in the description 😀
Hej Ole - super fedt bord!

Hope to see some followup demonstrating or describing how it is working for you.

Love this Table❤❤😍😍, Wish I had room for it. The minis at the end of the video needs some paint. I would never put unpainted minis on the table 😁🤣😂
