my friend you oversaw the only thing its not clear in the assembling. The drill chuck. There are two pieces. How do you attach the extension to the chuck if there is no screws?

Also you should but the led strips and also the diffusers for them and put them lets say in each 8th gap. Extra light because now it feels a bit dark (but maybe thats just on camera)

i was having a very similar idea for my setup, but here in Latvia those wooden panels are expensive. Here 1 piece costs 25-34€, and the width of it is only 285mm. At least the height is 2700, but still it is significantly more expensive. So still in planning phase and deciding the path to go

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. Very impressed with the build quality but I wish I'd thought of removing the top to put on the chucks and saw blade - got there eventually but its a really fiddly job getting your fingers in there!. Will be using it soon to cut slots into a foremast channel on my 1/100 scale HMS Victory for the deadeye strops to fit into. The fact that the saw blade can be raised and lowered is a great advantage. The only thing missing is a dust extractor outlet! Very nice demo!

Nice build, brother. If you like the natural crack effect, consider using diatomaceous powder. It's fossil shell powder ground up very fine, similar in consistency to plaster. The thicker you apply it, the wider the cracks. I got mine from amazon a few years ago. Thanks for sharing, Ole. -Rick, USMC

To anyone thinking about buying this printer I suggest buying a silicone scrapper to clean out the Vat and not the included plastic spatula as Iused the included spatula and it ended up putting a tiny hole on the bottom of the vat and I had to replace the FEP (the plastic in the bottom of the Vat

I liked the trick with just doing a wash over a zenithal for stone, I don't think I've seen that before but it looked really good for the amount of effort it took. Did you ever consider watering down your bright colors(or even just the white) with inks? I mean technically the technique should work just as well with dark's and mid tones but tends not to be necessary unless your trying to add a universal shadow color or something.
