Thanks Steve, I need to do the opposite; going down to a 30-50 switch from a 40-60 for my deep well, which starts too often!

Glad the video is useful! Just a thought, if you like the higher pressure, you could up-size your pressure tank to keep the well cycle down. I actually went from a 20 gal to a 30 gallon to give my well a break. (And my 20 gallon was water-logged anyway!) Good luck to you!

Hi. Question on a vehicle's on-board air system application, so I can use pneumatic tools/ air up tires... I'm using a brand-new car A/C compressor to push air (instead of refrigerant), as part of an on-board air system for my Jeep Wrangler. If the compressor only needs the black power wire (because it's grounded already to the engine) going to the Square D, where does the compressor's black power wire coming out of the compressor hook up onto the 125psi Square D air pressure cut-off switch? My second question is for the switch that I've rigged to turn on/off the compressor, where does the power wire from the cab-based switch hook up onto the Square D?

How about catching up with the times and fit an electronic switch that controls all aspects of the pump, ie. on and off with continuous constant pressure also no flow shut off. Ditch the archaic pressure tank and mechanical switch, there’s no protection if pump loses prime.just sayin!!!

If there had been a little forethought at installing the system, an isolating ball valve could have been installed between the pump and tank avoiding the need to drain the system when working on the switch/pump. Also I think you guys are being scammed, most Square D pressure switches I have encountered are fully adjustable. All you need is the know how and that’s easy to find, so why buy a complete new switch just to increase the pressures.
