This video is not my best quality! It was made from clips we took for the utility tub installation video. As the scope of our little project morphed, it made sense to break the project into 2 videos. I am certainly not a plumber, so there probably things that weren’t done right. BUT, the press fittings all sealed perfectly! The iron pipe fittings ended up being a leak fiasco. After I left, Jere...

Can’t you just cut the wires at the trim senders and splice them? This would be after verifying the pass through wires are good.

Tie a string around cord end to pull it through the upper cabinet hole, if u are alone! I put a sturdy box on the old metal plate, over the stove, to hold the microwave up higher. Put a towel under the metal plate to orotect stove top. Then I may prop it up higher with books, to reach the correct heighth, so it can be screwed in while resting on box.

Watching a number of these broken cable videos lead me to believe these are fatigue failures. Many flexes cause the cable to crack. Solution: engage the cable only once per day. If you come to a place where you would stop the blades from turning (loose rocks, etc.), just leave them turn and raise the deck to clear instead.

I've been roofing for almost 50 years. First thing you should have read the instructions, should have at least 5" offset .You said you used 6" offset, looks like 3" at the top to me. Someone said you put your nails too close, that's because your joints are too close. You voided warranty. Actually, you vary with your joints. Those nails should be 1" from the end. That looks like a 5/12 pitch to me, easily walkable to me. I just roofed my house 7/12 and 9/12 pitch. I walked the 7/12 but used jacks on the 9/12. A little steep but I have seen people walk them. Would make me a little nervous if is 3 story. I hope you don't take this personal, you're a good guy for trying to help people. Maybe you should watch video and read instructions first and learn the safe way. This can be dangerous work. I have seen people fall more than once. Luckily nothing serious. There has been results of people dying from falling from roofs. I always say work smarter, not harder. But #1 is safety first.
