Dang, throw some Pitbull Rock Beasts on there with a bit of a lift and a bunch more scratches and it would look like my friends truck. Thats a sick build!
I am not really a scaler, but this rig flat out works.😎 Loved watching it going through that narrow valley, realistic. Thanks for sharing it with us Logan.
Yeah your right about everyone's favorite truck. That truck isn't really a shelf queen, that's a hard core wheeler. Badass truck you built. By far my favorite one.
You really know how to drive "scale." I think that's a detail that most miss out on when building and driving scale rigs. Drive it like a 1:1 because in that world, you aren't carrying it out.
I'm building the same truck.. I can't wait. It's a $2000 🇨🇦 truck. With original 2022 straight axle kit, the upgraded trans gears. Chanquish F10t axles, HW Pro, Tires, Inserts.. it pretty crazy how much this build cost with cheape axles. I wish Vanquish would skip the Ripper 2.0. They did that already... why another Ripper. Make a 1/10 kit with hardbody options, maybe 4 body options. All the body options mount to the kit with Vanquish mounting gear. Sell different levels. - Aluminum everything, high-end everything. - RTR kit - Cheap Builders Kit. (Optional leaf spring kit by Vanquish) - You buy the body separately, but it's designed to fit the new kit. That would make more money than anything else they have built.
The nice thing about the hardbody is the scratches are more realistic. It takes a little while but eventually you will get used to scratches and try any line....
Tires make the Truck!!! I like the idea of less lugs and more overall surface area with the Tires! I was going to post a drag slick comment, but you beat me to it! Its like running the S1 compound Tires on the Slash ultimate. They actually stick to rocks pretty well for a short coarse Tire! There's something to be said about pounds per square inch 🤔
I love that bobbed Toyota and it really should have the other two servos. Sometimes climbing is better with the 6%. I notice your dog tries to run the same lines.
Great looking truck! Handles great, especially for a hardbody, seemed really composed. Hit some challenging lines, Sage is a real climber! 👍 For her to be scale, though, she needs a few scrapes and scratches! 😉
Impressive Truck and so is your driving Logan. What sought of Dog is Sydney? Named after the the place where I live. You are really lucky to have such a great place to run these Vehicles. Anyway, keep up the good work ,its great to watch your videos.
Awesome video man. I just got my ‘87 yota body in the mail yesterday so I started that build. Going on my vs410 pro, with IERC sliders. The big 4.75 tires rub on the sliders quite a bit. I know you mentioned in your other video you had minor rubbing issues. Did you resolve that?
Great working scaler. Did you bob the bed or is it a Marlin bed on the extended cab? Have been following you for a couple of months and your commentary is great. Have built 2 Rock Pirates class 2 trucks because of your videos. Wish I could get to Utah to learn from you.
I was thinking of making a similar rig like this, but make it class 1 legal. Can you put some 4.19 tires on just to see how they fit? Love the Toyo's, but they are to tall for class 1... and awsome driving by the way!
Thanks, I have mounted class 1 and they are actually very similar looking the height difference is pretty close. I have the proline KM3 mud terrain class 1 tire
Shouldn't the "Breath stinks real bad" (6:59) part come after the "Get into the harder part of the crack" (7:07)? That's usually the order that it happens... Right????
I just love watching this rig on the rocks!! Killer filming on this one, I really liked the lower angles and more scale look--it's a fun combo. Great job, Logan! And happy bday my friend! 😛🤘🤘
I was thinking that.....I hope he tries the 6% dig function. I got 3 of the reefs 422's and so far they are working great. Some would say over-kill for shifting but hey, they all match. I will probably get the 1100 for the steering eventually. There has bee 2-3 times I wish I had more.
@@westdesertwheeler With a dremel tool and an object to hide it such as a gas can or tool box or tuff box. Low pro servo as well. Always remember that anything is possible.

Nothing scale about it. But still nice build
@@HumansRstupid-hu9nb I worded that poorly and left out "I am not...".
S&M sticker hell yes! Every vehicle I've ever owned has had at least one. I need this for my vs4-10!!
Yeah your right about everyone's favorite truck. That truck isn't really a shelf queen, that's a hard core wheeler. Badass truck you built. By far my favorite one.
Thank you, I don’t own shelf queens. All my rigs can go run lines!
Me to.. I'm building one. It will take all winter.
You really know how to drive "scale." I think that's a detail that most miss out on when building and driving scale rigs. Drive it like a 1:1 because in that world, you aren't carrying it out.
Couldn’t agree more

Sage is a great name for the truck. Dig the area you wheel in Utah is an amazing place. will be there in 3 days. Stay safe.
You definitely know how to build a truck!!!! Great driving man!!!!
Scale Metal Supplies has a nice bend your self metal bumper for “Tacoma” that fits this body perfectly.
The S and M bikes sticker is rad! Nice yota too man, Truck does amazing.
Love scale Trucks with high performance!
Awesome rig. I'd kill to have a place like this to crawl!
nice build, nice driving. sadly we dont have rocks like this in the Netherlands...
Nice run! This is my favorite build for sure. You did an amazing job
I really appreciate that!
This truck looks very dialed in! Like it bro 💯
Thanks!
That build is Mint! Hay that’s a new name MINT !
Haha not quite mint but I know a real ext cab painted mint

That truck seems pretty rad so far.
Wish I would’ve jumped on a builders kit when they were around.
This is basically a straight axle Phoenix underneath
Brilliant job as always, the close up video works well, felt like we were there with you. John
That looks awesome. Makes me want to put that body on the scx10 pro. Thanks for posting
This rig is my favorite! It would be great to see you build another hard body rig.
Great Build!!!
Waoooo te a venido bien guiar los verdaderos de tus amigos gracia por el video trabaja bien la TOYOTA bendiciones 🇵🇷🇵🇷✌️
This place is so epic! Great driving. Love the Yota 🤘🏼
Thanks dude, yeah it’s hard to stop when you’re out there
That truck is the bomb my friend!!
Thats a sweet looking rig.I think with the narrower track width it wont need anything else
Thanks! Yeah definitely not much else I want to do
I love that bobbed Toyota and it really should have the other two servos. Sometimes climbing is better with the 6%.
I notice your dog tries to run the same lines.
Haha oh yeah she does! I agree but I have to mount the servos custom since I have a full interior. Haven’t taken the time to figure it out
Great run for an amazing build👍
Awesome work with the camera and driving!!
I appreciate that, always some shots I wish I captured better but that’s how it goes
Bro I’m a casual crawler vs10 I can’t decide if I should go for portals or straight? I live in Vegas any recommendations?
Can’t make a wrong choice. Portals for clearance straight for scale and lower CG
Good driving dude! This build looks and performs awesome!
Lovving the framing on this episode dude. Nice shot angle. Awesome drive as always
I really appreciate that, thanks for the feedback
Truck is AWSOME! I actually like the name sage it fits well
Thank you!
awesome video love the build. would def throw some better tires on it tho see it slipping a lot
Love this truck! hope to build one like it some time loved the video!
This body or I’d also love to do one with a xj Cherokee body
looks and performs amazing man!
very nice!!! simple and clean!!! 😍😍😍
Great build and vid. I prefer Sage, everyone uses yoda

True, any ol yota deserves some stories!
I’m really liking Sage! Great vid!
Hey Sydney!
Thank you! Sydney says hi
Wow, cool.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Good color too.👍👍👍👍👍
Amazing build bro👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you!
Sick run bro
Thanks!
Sid was a bit camera shy 😊 that’s unusual 😂
She was out exploring but yeah normally bumping into me all the time
Vanquish raw slw 225 hubs are available on the website
Incision wheels have a different pattern. It’s dumb.
Where did you get the little s&m sticker on the window?
are you using the vanquish RTR for this body?

Cool .!!
What kind of shocks are those.?
AND WHAT OIL WEIGHT ARE YOU USING ON THEM
Incision S8E they come with the VS410 Phoenix. I think it’s 50W

Hey bro I'm big fan of your videos an all your trucks just wondering have you ever tried the cantilever suspension on the rear Just wondering
I have not, I wouldn’t mind trying it but didn’t happen this time
Love to know where you got the scale S/M sticker 😏😏
Great video
What is your overall rtr weight 🤔
More videos of the Trx-4 sport bro 🤙
I was looking trying to find a Vanquish chassis kit but cannot find them anymore.
The slider kit was limited. I think they still offer just the chassis

Thanks man, I bobbed the bed myself. The Marlin is a different body style so it would look strange
super video !!

Damn son she's clean
Thanks! Even though the bed is filthy
30% OD is so aggressive how do you feel it does. Would you rather have 10-15% as most people run
I feel like 30% is the norm nowadays, Atleast out here where we run. For comp some guys are running even 50+%
What are the performance benefits of metal axles?
Strength looks weight
Where do you buy this toy?
Realy nice 😎💪
The Bob Ross of crawling…
Wish it had leafs… then it’d be perfect
cool vid
Need an update run of Sage
Awesome video as usual 🤘🏽
Thank you 🤘🏼
Video watched in its entirety. Algorithms stirred.
is that an S&M bikes sticker ?

I miss your mustache.

Joe Diffie back from beyond?
All that trans and no servos. Sinner

Yeah, name a Toyota Yota, how creative..
I think Sage is a Way better name honestly. Sick truck though
