Good video, but I can't believe you didn't include an RC Tank. I saw a model of the Yamato Spaceschip in Central Park NY years ago, zooming about in one of the ponds there. Not as big as this one, but in full color. I actually overheard a guy ask the one who was operating it if it was for sale! LOL

The #MissingTopic is Uchuu Senkan (Space Battleship) Yamato. The one with a cannon that could obliterate the Death Star (and, according to sources, inspired the Hadouken in "Street Fighter").
Look up RC Sailors they have some nice cheap rc cars, trucks, boats, and planes. RC airplanes are a blast to fly so I would start with a trainer. The bigger they are the easier they are to fly!
#missingtopic The Spaceship Yamato from the show Star Blazers... this is a very nice model, but there is video of a fully submersible one out there that appears to be flying as it's underwater that would have made for an even more interesting find
I give up. 2 entries in and more mistakes than I can list. X-wing instead of Millennium Falcon, didn't know what Space Battleship Yamato is, sounds like he has no knowledge at all of anything model related. As for the Yamato, there's no way a 1/350 scale model would even support the weight of 4x 540 motors let alone all the batteries etc, that model is also a hell of a lot bigger than 1/350! Maybe 1/150 scale, I had one of those in the shop I work in, it was about 9 feet long and cost about £1500. Not going to watch the rest of the video as all the mistakes and crap are doing my head in.
You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, do you? Some of these models are remarkable, but you can't even keep them straight - you're showing multiple different versions of the same plane in RC and speaking about them authoritatively... how the hell did you get 700k subs
The Japanese war ship is the Space Battleship Yamato from the anime of the same name. In the show, they refitted the WW2 ship Yamato (next ship in this video) to make a space ship to save the world
Instead of just a head I would want to whole body or an alligator or crocodile. These are some pretty cool RCs. I remember a person that an RC helicopter that was pretty big.
The MiG-21 is my favorite aircraft. Maybe not as fast as the Eagle but it's gonna sneak up on them enemy jets real quiet-like and put a heat seeker in their tail pipes. My neighbor is an old F-4 Phantom pilot and he said he fought one in Vietnam but it got away. He had his share of close calls and narrow escapes from MiGs. He even test flew the then-new F-4 Phantom supersonic at just 10 feet above the ocean, as per orders. I keep telling him to write a book. He even strafed an enemy runway in 1968. These are my 3 favorite aviation books: - Tomcat Fury by Mike Guardia - In the Claws of the Tomcat by Tom Cooper - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
The crocodile rc guy took the trophy on my list. That scene is so funny :D I bet ya no damn human want to be eaten alive while they witness how good he/she taste as they die slowly
The Yamamoto class battle ships were a attempt by the Japanese in World War 2 to counter Americans larger fleets with quality. That meant constructing two of the largest battle ships ever made. The larger of the two was Musashi. It was as long a a 75 story building tipped on its side!
now I just wanna get all the Yamato type RC... SBB Yamato,ARP Yamato,HSF (High school Fleet (can't remember the name exactly)) Yamato and a special Yamato that someone made (most of these has just different camo)
The larger model you showed first is a speculative fiction version of the same battleship you showed right after (if you pull back and look, you'll notice the basic structural similarities). It is the Space Battleship Yamato from the animated movie of the same name created in 1973 (eventually there were several subsequent films of varying quality) that was later remade, split into 30 minute segments, deleted of some of its more adult scenes, and dubbed in English with the title Starblazers for US consumption. It was standard after-school fare throughout the 1980s. The first two movies (the second featuring the Great White Comet/Comet Empire) were made into serials, with the ship renamed the Argo, and the cast given western names. It even gave the show's iconic song western lyrics; some of the voice actors had notably distinct voices as well. The ship itself is actually built within the decrepit hulk of the original, sunken battleship, essentially being resurrected to save humanity from extinction by a race of hostile (and in subsequent series, allies) aliens known as the Gamilas/Gamilons. You'll notice the model, despite zooming around in water, has a large hole at the front of a more rounded bow (as well as an exhaust in the back which is actually its main engine propulsion for space travel. Never fear: the Space Battleship version was fully capable of travel on AND below the surface of water as well). That hole is one of the series' calling cards: the Wave Motion Gun. The ship's engine AND largest weapon system are powered by a fictional, alien-tech called Wave Motion that allows both faster than light travel AND a weapon powerful enough to destroy small planets. Whenever the weapon is fired it pretty much just destroys everything. It was basically the coolest thing EVER if you were 12 years old and into sci fi.
A friend of mine won something very similar (if not same spec) to that "red cat camo x4" from a promotional lottery at the mechanic shop he worked at. You want wide open space to not slam it into something, it chews through an acre in like 3.5 seconds.
The second clip: the model is of the Japanese animation Space Battleship Yamato. It's the Yamato. Also, it isn't remote controlled (which involves being connected by a wire or using infra-red); it is radio controlled. A little more research into the terminology would make your script sound much more professional.
remote /rɪˈməʊt/ Learn to pronounce adjective 2. having very little connection with or relationship to. That seems to cover regardless of method of control SMH
Hmm the remote control to your TV set uses no wires nor infra red signal. So what does it use. You use the radio control to control your model craft remotely don't you. So in essence your radio control IS a remote control. Don't be so judgemental and pig-headed so you come across more professional instead of a dim-witted dosh-bag.
