HOTCAKE RECIPE FILIPINO PANCAKE | Hot cake recipe na patok sa panlasang pinoy

Filipino Hotcake brings back many memories from our childhood. Hot cakes are Filipino version of pancakes, eaten mostly as a snack.
They are a popular street food in the Philippines. The ingredients are simple, very easy to make, delicious, and inexpensive.
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups Water or Evaporated milk (optional)
2 tbsp Melted margarine
2 Eggs
10 to 15 drops yellow food color
Garnish:
Sugar and Margarine

We are selling pancakes, we also used all purpose flour and calumet as baking powder... But we don't add sugar and milk.. Instead, wen the Pancake is already cook, we add margarine and sugar.. And evaporated milk.. They love it too...
