Everytime I go to an Aggie Game it give me chills up my spine watching the core and the crowd hype up the players while the fireworks boom, this is College Football.
Then we got killed! In front of our crowd that wanted to rock! Ole miss came in there and rocked our world! That was a very disappointing night and this game contributes big time to why Sumlin got fired
3 points isn’t owning. But AM did in fact win. Bama played a shit game and got beat by a just above average team with a sub par qb who played out of his mind. Of course it helps when your players are wide open.
I wish you’d share your name. What position did you play at A&M? I don’t remember any aggies drafted by Atlanta in 2018. Did you start on a practice squad?
This was the only year it held that many. There was a remnant of the old stadium left, before the renovations were complete. The combining of the old seats with the new produced the ability to hold the number in the vid. It no longer holds that many. Not embellishing the facts. You can look it up. According to Wikipedia, 110,633 were in attendance. We played a horrible game and squandered the best atmosphere for a game I’ve ever experienced. This was one of the reasons Sumlin got fired. He couldn’t win at home.
Stadiums do go over the designed seating with guests and such....that is how they get record attendance numbers. as i.e. Beaver Stadium has been at around 106 to 107,000 but all 10 of the highest attendance records are over 109,000 with the most like 110,878, just around a hundred shy of 111,000. But they actually can add temporary bleachers in the second level mezzanine corners and make it over 112,000 seating capacity. I never understood why they did that for some games but never for a White Out when they know they will sell ever ticket they could possibly print?! The White Out in 2019, we had guests in our hotel from Texas and Ireland and England and California that were there to see the White Out! Just to see Michigan and Coach Hairball get beat!!!! It was great watching Michigan call a time out on the first play from scrimmage at the beginning of the game because they couldn't hear the call!!! After that, the crowd went even more berserk to the point it actually hurt your ears! They KNEW they had an impact on the game. I would have LOVED to be in Kyle Field to see A&M beat Bama!!! It's been over 35 years since I was there. I do remember going to that Bon Fire Party, the year before it collapsed and killed a couple Aggies during the construction. It was a Hell of a big fire though! Great traditions, great spirit!
What is the narrative behind the use of a song containing multiple N-words and FBombs as the football team entrance song at Kyle Field? Many still do take offense to the use of these racial slurs.. One would think TAMU would want to be part of the solution, not the problem?
I don’t know any of the words to the song beyond what they use for the entrance. So I have no idea what the narrative behind the use of the song is…they don’t play anything beyond what you hear on the video.

Kyle field only holds 104,721? Where do you get 110k? Where do they put extra 6k? No need to embellish the facts?
