I think it’s smart to have a very close fitting sloper, because when you are designing you can always add ease into the pattern. I will lay my sloper over my commercial patterns and it gives me a good of the fit and if I need to make adjustments. Very well done, it’s a fantastic silhouette on you. I’m very impressed 👍🏼👏🏻🙌🏻

Stunning!!! Goes to show a whole different way of looking at it, the grown on shoulders perfectly balance the hips, and the style emphasises the waist. Clothing fuller at the hips not necessarily the only way to emphasise a smaller waist. The print totally suits this style of garment. What a make! Total success ❤️

It feels kind of like magic when you get your sloper right, play around with sleeves or necklines or whatever, and realise that the end result fits you perfectly and that you have pretty much endless design possibilities ✨️ I think you look amazing in that dress! 😍 I totally get that you're struggling to feel comfortable in a new silhouette, but honestly, you absolutely rock the "wiggle dress" shape 👌
