Donna Van Wie My entire childhood revolved around Wings! Favorite song. Arrow Right Through Me, I think it was called. Holy smokes, I loved that song! And even his Christmas Song is one of my favorite holiday songs!

That's a great song as well!
The pitch and speed seems very off from the song and that kind of ruins the magic for me but they probably wanted to do it faster so it didn’t sound boring, just my guess though so don’t take it as something Paul actually said

The live version went to number one on the Biillboard charts in the US and Canada in the summer of 1980. The studio version went to number two in Britain. I clearly remember hearing the live version first. Later when I bought the album I heard the studio version. I still like the live version much better.
@@aiqphexdotorg From Wikipedia : Columbia Records wanted to put the live version on McCartney II but McCartney resisted the change, wanting to keep it a solo album. Instead, a one-sided 7" white-label promotional copy of the Wings version was included with the album in North America.
