Thank-you for the great videos and guides about the pelvic floor area. Wondering if strengthening the pelvic muscles can help with the issue of: numbness that occurs in that area after ~20mins+ of riding on a bicycle. I had no idea about these muscles until recently and they seem to be very important to know about with how and when to utilize them.
I am a 24-year-old male who has recently experienced post-void dribbling. I am also dealing with an anterior pelvic tilt, and I have not corrected my posture in the past as it has been difficult. Lately, I have experienced discomfort when sitting for extended periods of time at work. I am wondering if my post-void dribbling could be related to my poor posture, even if it is not the sole cause. Should I exercise to correct my posture, continue doing Kegels, or do both? How does hydration (more or less water intake) impact improvement? Will holding my urine for longer periods of time improve my symptoms? Is it safe to empty my bladder by applying pressure to my stomach and muscles?
great video..again ,how many times per day can i do 10 (5 seconds) reps ? and how many is too much ? i have 60 years of bad habits to overcome lol.it wont be easy but im really motivate now.i have no other choice.forgive my bad english,im french speaking. do i have to do others exercise too...pilates ? or something else.. do you have videos of stretching too.thanks so much eric

Eric, you repeat "Pelvic Floor Exercises" often, but you do NOT tell us what it is we should be doing ! How do we flex those muscles....is it the anal contractions, or the penis flexes after urinating ? Is there another video that answers this ? Thanks, John.

I still dont get how to do this? How do you do this as a women? How do you contract?
I apologize if this sounds graphic or blunt: So for women, you want to imagine squeezing your front passage and then letting go
