Great stretches. For the pelvic floor health I also found very effective to rest in a deep squat position. I feel so much better after I do that for around 1 minute.
Nice Video! What about the deep Squat? Is this also a good exercise to stretch and relax the pelvic Floor muscles? i think your third stretch exercise is nearly the same like a deep squat from the legs position.
Hello sir i have urine drops leakage after urination just 1 or 2 drops. No other problems are there but this is not going away. I want a solution so that complete drainage is naturally done i am just 20 years old. Please help me sir this is mentally making me sick 🙏

I know for a fact l have a weak core and have been treated by a pt for an s i joint injury a couple years ago. I’m also an avid mountain biker, can cycling cause a weak pelvic floor? I’m a male

I prefer the supine position so the joints aren’t loaded. I have combined both in a stretching program which has worked well for me

Do you have to warm up before these stretches with a little jogging on the spot or something? Or just stretch as is?
I like to just stretch as is. Whatever works the best and feels the best for you though

Always do stretches before bed, and getting up. for first one to feel hamstring stretch have to keep leg fully extended though.
