@@KAHPUFLOW Hi! I am from Bulgaria and I train in Senzala Sofia, I'm still pretty new, I have around 2 years and a half of capoeira experience. I'm still working on my basics and have been struggling to properly end my kicks in a ginga stance despite having decent balance. The the tip of bending my leg and kind of pulling the kick was game changing! Thanks again.
@@monke.4270 Thanks for your story. Aaah thats great to hear the bending tip worked for you! thats awesome man. It works for me all the time, when I really get into a nice kicking routine. Aka training them for a few days, weeks, months regularly the bending sharpens them quite a bit!
