This is the most incredible stretching video I’ve ever seen. That is the type of both dynamic and statistic stretching routine I normally implemented before attending karate classes. If you could do the similar video which is relating to achieving a middle split and that would be very nice thank you.

Thank you! I've been looking for handy leg stretches like these for awhile now-! I also realized-it's no wonder I have no issue with front kicks, because I've made a practice of grabbing my toes-to-feet like that, just for the fun of it for years now...! (^ ^;)ゞ

Nice video nat! Could u make an in depth video about improving balance, i really need to increase my balance in my right leg as it was paralysed. I can barely stand on it for 8 seconds and im 15 which is shocking. Ty and nice video again.
@@nathearn i got the leg paralysis from a traumatic brain injury, when i was 12. I had my entire right side paralysed but ive worked my arm/heand/ speech but my leg still needs some work. Some of these stretched help loosen my leg as my legs are really tight and not flexible after my injury. Thank you for just giving me motivation to try and fix my leg.

Both! Dynamic stretches before training (to fire up the muscles) and static stretches afterwards to loosen them off
