One of the best amps Boogie ever created in my very humble opinion.

I think it sounds better than the mark 5. But have you heard the Electra dyne

@@waylonbates7873 it came out in the mid 2000s and it’s amazing. Loud and punchy.
Had great cleans but an amazing crunch too. Discontinued after the mark 5 was released

Glad you guys are getting these! I got mine a couple of Augusts ago after spending about 6 months researching tube amps. I saw several demos where people would play it a big and then just take a moment amazed at the way the amp made the guitar feel. I usually keep the left channel on clean, but that little switch in the middle makes all the difference. I would recommend anyone go check out the actual Mesa/Boogie videos on this. They have some really great examples you don't get in the book that comes with the amp. I guess my next video needs to be a demo of some of my favorite settings.

Great videos. Thanks for sharing. I went to your website to order one of your company tshirts but all I see are instrument brand shirts. Not interested in those. Maybe I overlooked them. What say you?

Interesting that Randy's first amp was a redone Princeton, Carlos Santana said "That thing really boogies!". I wonder how this sounds compared that.

How does it compare to the Mark V for cleans?

More of a vintage vibe, I've got the mark v but I like the Fillmore cleans better. Crunch is equally as good but slightly different.

Since it came out 3 or 4 years ago, I've been looking for it in Europe, and I never saw ONE for sale anywhere..
As a matter of fact, Mesa Boogie seems to have stopped any kind of business in Europe since at least 3 years..
That's kind of annoying since MB is part of the big names in guitar ampland.
I used to have a F30 which was the most reliable pro amp, beautiful sounding, and quite affordable for what you got.
Today I find Supros, Fenders, and others very subpar in quality, and very expensive for mass produced gear, which components are very cheap nowadays..😢
