Very good video. I liked the Alman Brothers example. I grew up in the city and use to go to The Fillmore on weekends. Saw the Alman Brothers open for Hot Tuna. ZZ Top open for Ten Years After. Lots of Bloomfield, Bishop, etc . Naming this amp Fillmore just seems like a marketing gimmick. I've watched about 20 videos on this. I really want one. Because I think the cloning is a great idea. Put two amps together, set each channel, then control my volume and switching. I want to use the 25 with a Blackbird 40. Very curious about that combo. Have other 100 watt set ups. But the 40 just intrigues me.
What's up guys great demo on the fillmore I just bought on used i heard you mention you used all kinds of od pedals in front of it can you tell me I play lots of classic rock but sometimes do a little heavier Alice in chains stuff can you tell me the best od pedal that you used for the heavier stuff thanks guys any help would be appreciated
I bought the amp for 6L6 clean mode to play live. It performs well. Distortion mode is not as good but it is workable in a live environment. Putting a microphone up to the speaker is a lot of work and needs ideal conditions which never happens, so no mic. Line out is also not happening. For recording, I had to rely on my Boss GT-1000, with IR out as well as the Fender Tone Master Deluxe with IR out. These guys get good distortion. The amp will stand up and perform live. Just need to tweak the dials a bit for the distortion. Running in clean mode gets by far the best results. So many will use pedals plugged into the clean modes. Its a good reliable live amp. For recording, Boss GT-1000 or Fender Tone Master with IR out.
Great whipping post jam!
I've been watching videos on this amp since it came out,FINALLY, Almond brothers,I'm subscribing as a reward!!!!!
however, it doesn't seem to nail the Allman Bros tone at all

Awesome vocals!
holycrap can you sing!!!!!

I just bought one used too. Very happy with the tones!
All guitar/ amp demos should be this fun
Just got the 50. Absolutely love it. I’t like having two amps.
what songs are you playing. They're fantastic.
Thanks
What would u say is the diff between the 25watt head and 50 watt head?
Great sounds. Do these come with a footswitch so you can switch from clean to overdrive etc.
Get to it! You guys talk way too much.
