Looks like you have not read the New York Times expose on how this mother kids trio was not royals but Pakistanis who stayed unexposed in an era where the internet did not exist. The mother was a mentally sick woman and these two kids were manipulated by her. Her elder son lived in the UK and he hated these lies. He paid money to them though, to sustain themselves.
My condolences to the aggrieved family but I don't understand why should the government should bother to provide Amenities to some obscure Royal Family. There are many better uses for hard earned tax money instead paying bills for some entitled pricks from the British Raj.
