Hi baz, why shouldn't you push that new slave cylinder?
On a lot off videos they prime the slave cylinder with brake fluid before mounting it on the gearbox?

Hi Baz, did you replace the master cylinder too? I have the same symptoms, but no external gearbox leaking (obviously could still be the slave). Unsure whether it’s slave or master!
