A suggestion to make it healthy use Whole Wheat Flour and Superfine Semolina (to make superfine semolina take the regular semolina and dry grind in a grinder) use a ratio of 1:1 and just follow the same steps. And yes for us vegetarians 1-11/2 table spoons/egg of thick yogurt depending on the size of the egg' probably could flavour the butter with garlic powder. If you don't have an oven preferably use a 10L pressure cooker or any deep vessel place salt at the bottom and use a ring to elevate the baking pan above the salt (this is to prevent the bottom the bread from burning) and pre heat for 15minutes at medium flame with gasket and weight removed and then bake for 20-25 minutes on a low flame.
I am a mechanical engineer in my 89, retired. This recipe took my attention to make it. I have repeated three times on the request of my family. I am really happy being able to make it without much practise to make any cake before.

You can also put fruit, sugar and nuts on the bottom of the butter. Just be careful not to tear bread layers in process. A marble board keeps the dough and butter cool during the rolling/folding process.

Yes, you should keep the dough in freezer for 20 minutes each time. No, you can't leave it in freezer for a night. you can keep it in refrigerator for a night,.
this is extremely beautiful i made it and it came out looking so good, this recipe is really good to showing off your skill to your friends and family but it quite tricky to fold the dough when the butter is inside so you gotta be really handle it with patience but overall its really beautiful and good will definitely made it again🥰

Will the butter melt when you let the dough ferment in the oven for 2 hrs?
I don't think so if you don't turn on the oven.
Just put in with oven light and do not then on the heat/temperature.
@@jennp8529 a cup of hot water in a turn off oven is to trap the heat to speed up the dough to rise.
