The idea behind dry scooping is that you will be able to access the benefits of pre-workout powder faster with dry scooping than if you dissolved the powder in water. Regardless it’s the persons preference I’ve done both in my experience and drinking it allows me to get the proper amount on energy I need for my sets/reps. I dry scoop it when I just want to be savage and get a workout in and I’m in a rush. lmfaooo 😂

Genuine question, but why do you dry scoop? Why don’t you just mix it with water and drink it like that?
