@cillapagefitness For incline press to target upper chest it's best for bench to be at 30 degrees. I felt like yours was at 45 degrees which gets more shoulders I'm gonna watch your vid again to see. Regardless you look & are doing great.

Great content! In my opinion, traps respond best to overloading and less to strict ROM like other lifts, try doing heavier cheat shrugs where you use momentum from your knees, they helped take my traps to the next level!
I'll have to give that a try!
I was just doing that workout yesterday. I was aiming for 3 sets of 12 reps to 4 set of 15 reps
