Great journey guys! And the BMW quality went down very quickly after the '90's. Bmw didn't make their money by selling cars, but buy selling parts. I'm quite disappointed about the e93 (2009) quality. I now got a leaking injector nr 5. They all are index 5 but I thought they would last a little bit longer than 57k miles. The next step is to put in index 12 injectors. That would be about $2000. So not a joke. I think I will buy these in the US. I actually have maxpeeding rods in my e46 and there not bad. I've heard bad things but only had good experiences personally. It's just a street car tho I wouldn't trust it on track tbh.
Most cheap coilovers don't do well under spirited driving conditions especially once they heat up. The manufacturers usually put stiff springs to make up for the crappy dampers. I wouldn't worry too much about street driving if the coilovers are beefy and the locating pins are not easily sheared off. I would worry about longevity and being able to drive long distances with them though.

How do you start the car with the clutch up? I know the start button is behind the the clutch pedal.. but you said clutch up, ebrake up, 1st gear, then turn key?? While hopefully not stalling?
On e36 and older manual cars (or any other type of car that doesn't have a neutral safety switch), you would have the ebrake down, clutch pedal not pressed, and car in gear so when you turn the key the starter will be cranking the engine over and since the car would be in 1st gear it would start moving. Sometimes the starter has enough power to get the car started in gear so the car would turn on in gear, you just wouldn't be able to shift since the clutch is toast.

@@allysonhanks7367 HI, what's sup with you? How was your Thanksgiving?
@@theroyalone3498 It was good, how about you?
I get so lucky where I live I get so many E46 touring and I strip everything oh I have so many interior colors God but it's funny how bad they fall apart when the plastic starts going bad from the Sun they just disintegrate you barely touch it shatter nobody goes for the wagons they think oh cool sedan blah blah blah wagons run touched
Maxpeedingrods coilovers are junk too. Proper China spec junk. Had them on a old previous car ride was soo sh** only bought them as I had trouble finding standard suspension comps needed to pass safety checks.
Jagwire
You can't compare a E class wagon to a 3 series wagon.. the e46 is a C class and the E is a 5 series.
First one looks like a dodge dart
Was there a m50 intake on that 95?

Anyone find out what video game u had on the ps2 with a prelude on the cover?
Maxspeeding fail in 500miles. (Note: I have not used them but many have had that experience.)
I have tried other cheap coilovers before (sub 500) and they were okay for street driving, but they did shear the locating pin and rode like crap under spirited driving. They usually try to make up for crappy dampers with stiff springs.
"Don't stuff ur pockets" *wink* *wink*
the max speeding rod are frankly just awful .. pure metal against metal .. there for a track not a road ..
Do you know uncle Tony?
Did you stop in plano again?
We were in Dallas
