Here I would like to share some important information about agricultural land to Residential land or Society, 1- if any coloniser wants to get changes Utility Charge of Land (CLU ) firstly it is possible, 2- in such land or Society there Registry will be possible and 3- Mutation also possible in such Society. So this is wrong information that agricultural land can't be change for Residential Society....it can be change n have happened CLU or 143 and Residential Registry also possible.

Private banks are ready for giving loan on such lands but not govt. Banks..

Here I would like to share some important information about agricultural land to Residential land or Society, 1- if any coloniser wants to get changes Utility Charge of Land (CLU ) firstly it is possible, 2- in such land or Society there Registry will be possible and 3- Mutation also possible in such Society. So this is wrong information that agricultural land can't be change for Residential Society....it can be change n have happened CLU or 143 and Residential Registry also possible.
