I was the "new plate guy" in the black Model 3 that you saw on the trip. We thought you were in the Applebees when we stopped there and was hoping to see you and talk. When we first saw you in Limon we googled EV Dave from the plate on the MY and then saw you and Dave in the Mach E shortly after. The kids were really hoping to see you at another supercharger stop because they wanted to meet a "RUclips Celebrity". We had only had the car for a week and was taking it on a road trip from Colorado to Florida and back, 4500 miles total.

Never liked Tesla or EVs in general. But last summer my wife got the 21 model 3 sr+. The result? Selling my 20 Volvo D4 to get my hands on a model Y. Amazing cars! You really have to try these over time to appreciate how good they really are🙂

I saw a Tesla recharge station in the middle of nowhere in Montana. It looked so out of place but I guess it’s a good idea.

I live in Columbia, MO! Glad you enjoyed the visit, we'll be sure to stock up on Acai for your next visit! In a normal year, it's a pretty colorful college town with good music, some fun drives, and natural views nearby :)

Love your videos! Picked up my 2021 3LR AWD 19 days and 2,870 miles ago. I have driven all over NC and VA so far and heading to Nashville this weekend. Road tripping in a Tesla is the best. The only downside is I’m eating way too many hotdogs at Sheetz LOL. Greetings from Charlotte!

It’s nice to know that these road trips can be done with ev’s fairly efficiently and that there are plenty of chargers. When I get a Tesla I might take a trip or two but honestly it will be used locally 99% of the time.

In Nashville, when you went to Starbucks, you passed a pet supply right next door that had the black and white polk a dots on it. There is a guy there that rents out 2 Tesla Model 3s through Turo. It was how I first was able to drive a Tesla and loved every minute of it!!

The ease of SuperCharging is what makes the Tesla experience so much better, no fuss, no stress, especially with V3 SC'ers. Just plug in, charge, and go. The elegant Tesla wand should have been the "standard". Interesting how EA has placed their chargers near tesla SC'ers? Plus the wh/mi is always Tesla's secret sauce. We have a 2020 LR AWD Model Y but added the Performance Boost for $2K so I get a nice performance boost dropped my 0 to 60 in 4.1 seconds from 4.8 and no hit to the range and much prefer the all-season 19" tires/wheels. I hope tesla offers Enhanced AP for $4K again. I'm in at that price point. I no longer use the wheel "wiggle" but use the volume scroll wheel to let the car know I'm still there. Appreciate your videos.

I was waiting for this video. I was looking at Plugshare in my area and saw that you just happened to have recently checked into the station at the Walmart in St. Charles MO.
