    Thanks for sharing the amount of coals and how you placed them. I am learning how to temperature control my grill. The pork loin looked very tasty.

      Learning how to control comes with time and practice. I’ve been smoking/grilling for years and I still have a hard time temp controlling sometimes. A lot of things can affect your cooks like weather and where you live along with how good your grill is sealed and what type of fuel you use. Bunch of factors affect it. Just cook, cook, and cook some more. You will learn your vents and get good at figuring your temps out.
