Just got mine today my friend at work telling me, go for black stone! and he doesn’t have one this brand so he saw it working and love it Thanks for the help on ur videos am from Joliet Illinois and this black stone griddle ran out in stores good luck everyone and enjoy
Paul, I haven't personally had any issues with peeling paint. I keep mine in my garage and covered. If I left it outside uncovered I do believe I'd probably have some rusting and peeling paint. After one year I haven't had any noticeable wear on my unit and I use my unit 1-2 times a week and sometimes more. Thanks so much for watching!
Been watching your three videos on the Blackstone griddle as I consider diving into of these bad boys. Watching you make, explain, and then chow on that cheese steak..........I gotta get one now. By the way, I really appreciate how you talk about other people's reviews and criticism and counter their arguments when you think they are overblown or just being picky. That helps folks out a lot who are doing research on a purchase. Great job. Gonna subscribe and check out your other videos, just because of that.
I appreciate that man! I try to be honest with people about the products. I don’t push products I don’t believe in. Let’s face it some people love to argue and complain about trivial minute things and I just don’t believe that should reflect the functionality and over all quality of a product. Everyone has their own opinion and everyone is entitled to them. I just try to point out some small gripes and complaints that are quite frankly “silly”. Glad you enjoyed the videos. That’s why I do videos to help, inform, create, and promote the best hobby on earth, backyard bbq/cooking. Come back and check out more content when you get free time. Thanks so much for subbing and even more for watching!
No heat on the sides. I use the sides as my warming area. Cook your cheesesteak and slide it over until your ready to start building those bad boys. Use your hot/cool zones to your advantage. Thanks for watching!
Made wonderful cheesesteaks the other night following what I saw from Cooking with Big Cat 305. He was using rib-eyes but I used the chain meat from a whole beef tenderloin I'd broken down. I sliced thin and then cubed the meat, diced the onion and it all worked beautifully, the best cheesesteak I've made. Looking at moving from the 22-inch Adventure Ready to the 36-inch Culinary.
I think you’ll notice a considerable difference moving up from the 22”. I watch Big Cat’s channel too he cranks out some good content. Cheesesteaks are the absolute best on the blackstone. Thanks so much for watching!

I’m so glad the video helped. Glad to see you are watching from Illinois! Good luck with your griddle. Thanks for watching!
Looks yummy! Did you have any problems with rust or peeling paint on frame below the burners? Was looking to get this model but seen a couple issues.
