Bypass trick - This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11

  • Microsoft recently started deploying Windows 11 via Windows Updates, however some PC running Windows 10 appear to not meet their minimum system requirements.
    Windows 11 is a FREE upgrade to all those on Windows 10 currently (at time of video, this may change down the line) so get in there while you can.
    In my case, this laptops CPU wasn't on Microsoft's guest list, so in this Video I will demonstrate a simple registry hack to bypass these CPU and TMP chip detection checks. I will then go through the entire download of the Windows 11 ISO and installation.
    ◉This is the registry DWORD Value (32-bit): AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU - then set the Value to 1 and restart your Laptop/PC
    ◉The download link for the Windows 11 ISO: www.microsoft....
    Just to note, performance post-upgrade was perfectly fine, no issues whatsoever, in fact the screen was much for vibrant and certain apps were actually faster.

    After installing I get the error message that says the PC doesn’t currently meet windows 11 system requirements here’s why
    The PC must support TPM 2.0
    There must be at least 4GB memory
    Please advise what can I do

    Hi, Did you retain your license after the force upgrade?

    • @HandymanSavage
      @HandymanSavage  2 года назад +2

      Yes, it's in Microsoft's interest to keep users on Windows, so when you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 it's a free upgrade with your existing license.
      However, it's better to do it sooner than later, because as they did with the Free Windows 8 to 10 upgrade, their will be an eventual cut off where free upgrades will no longer be possible.
