Hi, as per the video. For your inverter, simply connect positive inverter load to Positive of battery 1 and negative inverter load to Negative of battery 2. I don't show it in the video, but the load lines go via a timer and then direct to an Inverter, so almost similar to your scenario.

My charge controller has + and - ports for Load so I wired from positive port on charge controller directly to positive port on the inverter and negative port on controller to negative port on inverter. I assume this is ok. These are both 12v 35 amp ht batteries. I tested them with multi meter and am showing just under 10v. So looks like some charging needs to take place. The inverter has an outlet on the back and I plugged in a light fixture. When I flipped the switch on the inverter to “ON” I get a beeping sound and light from fixture does not light up. I assume this is because the batteries are under charged

@@michaeldevaney3307 Inverters are recommended for connection to batteries directly (due to the controller load output rating (in amps) usually being limited and inverters tend to use a lot of juice when connected to high powered mains devices. I tend to use the Controller Load for lightweight projects such as USB etc and battery to inverters for high-powered mains devices

Ok so I will wire + from inverter to + on battery 1 and - from inverter to - on battery 2. Then plug in ac device into inverter to operate.

I understand wiring the inverter directly to The batteries 24/7 tends to drain the batteries. This is what my intention is. In my situation I would be leaving the connections to the battery intact for many months since this is a secondary residence. Would it make sense to leave the connections to the battery intact but disconnect the connections to the inverter for the long term periods when I will not be applying any load to the batteries

When you disconnect it doesn't undo any work you've done. Think of it as everything you've done so far as used lottery tickets and they are in the past, you didn't win, so resetting is simply continuing the trend of trying to strike that lucky block.

Well that's what i thought until I recently withdrew some token rewards for a four-figure sum... for a $15 investment, that's a great return. The more crazy this project gets, the more I love it... miners eat first is very real.

If you explained this problem months ago, why did you still go ahead and buy them? lol. If you read the litepaper, you would realize it's not just about mining the native SolarX token, there will be other projects coming onboard their blockchain, so plenty of scope to see how things pan out, it doesn't appear to be a one-trick pony just yet.

@@HandymanSavage how would I know the solar panel and the battery wouldn’t keep a charge without having bought the unit…. As for one trick pony I don’t have anything to say on the matter

a 240W Panel can charge 2x 200 amp batteries, but it's all down to the Load. If you have a load which is power hungry you will find that the batteries run out faster than the Solar Panel can charge them.

Sometimes the USB stick can be defective, perhaps try a different one?

Thanks, appreciate the feedback, I usually get the magnetic filter cleared out when i get the annual boiler service, but i'll remember to do that before applying the Fennox next time.

I've had the boiler and expansion vessel checked a couple of times, all plumbers said it was a leak in the radiator piping somewhere, but so far this solution has plugged the leak wherever it is. Do you know of any methods to pinpoint where in the system the leak could be? I've had leaks where a patch on a ceiling has revealed the location, but this current leak did not show any obvious location.

Yep, I can 100% confirm the RTC wake settings work. I use this PC for a Crypto project (Threefold) which requires the unit to be woken up daily, so the motherboard wake up worked perfectly.

Hello, don't worry about the questions, I ask silly questions to get informed all the time. You only need the Smart Connect to enter the Wifi credentials, once that is done, you don't need to open the Smart Connect app again. -Essentially that sets the Wifi for the board so that it communicates directly with your WiFi hotspot for communication. When setting up the device, yes i did have it near my phone, but once the wifi part has been done, you can connect to a USB port anywhere where it can get to the Wifi hotspot, it can even be standalone in a USB plug, no PC or any other device needed after setup. A great example of a set and forget crypto project. You can setup more devices in the same way, not sure if there is a limit, maybe ask in the Discord on that question to confirm. You can get the parts from most DIY shops or you may just have them lying around in a workshop or garage. Then simply follow the video to make the bracket. It's not something you buy, this is a DIY build.

I believe it does, if the structure is intact, the wood retains it's original balance and less chance of further splitting at the weak point

That might be the case for this token, but i'm sure it was mentioned somewhere that other projects and tokens are planned to come onboard this SolarX miner. It would be pretty cool if this SolarX miner could multi-mine tokens.

Funnily enough I am in the process of doing something very similar. I have one battery bank which is charged by Solar, but I end up with a surplus of solar (as the battery isn't used much), so I am looking into charging a second battery bank with the excess solar. But the essential ingredient is a dual battery solar controller (i think).... Although this remains to be tested, video coming soon.

If the silicone is on the bottom, but just on the front edge, then you might be able to use the same method to pull 90 degrees down, but chances are you will ruin the silicone whichever method you use.

Hi there. 1) Yes you can charge and run a load at the same time. My solar controller (depends on the type) will do a great job of getting more juice (Bulk charge) out of the panels while charging and running a load on a daily basis, only stopping the load to let the battery fully charge using an automated switch (check out my video on Solar Powered Doge Mining). 2) Not entirely sure, but aim for a Solar controller which goes beyond the max possible capacity and it should be fine, but again it depends on the config.
