It looks delicious.
the chicken looks good and I like to thank you for sharing your work. However you have left out to call one ingredients. After you add the chicken essence powder to the green onions and ginger. Another powder you have added and you did not mention what it is. :-(. I assume it's 5 spice!!! Secondly did you use sesame oil to brush on the chicken...I would assume since you heat up the same oil to pour into the ginger and shallot. I would hope you would list all the ingredients.
