Got super lucky on Saturday and was able to pick up 2 store picks. Blanton’s $69.99 and Weller 107 $59.99. Super excited to try them
Favorite of the Weller line. But I would not pay Secondary prices. Luckily the 2 bottles I have gotten were both store picks from the store.
3 minutes of Z biotics commericals in a sub 12-min video? I hope they're paying you fellas a LOT. I've had Weller full proof and it was an incredible pour, but damn near impossible to find in WA state below $300+ per bottle (before our hellish taxes)

Not loving the sound from the new mics. I find you two difficult to understand now. As a person who has been involved with sound for many years, I suggest putting the mics on your inside shoulders so, when talking to each other you are turning into the mics rather than away from them. Also, when you mount the mics higher on your chest (closer to your neck) you get more voice. When you mount lower on your chest you get more chest resonance and not as much detail.
I actually had this last night and my bottle is almost empty. It’s a great bottle if you can find it near msrp but that’s a rare occurrence these days, sadly. At least we still have Maker’s Cask Strength!
For the same rate as Stagg on secondary I’ll take the Stagg every day and it’s not even close. Anyways just cracked a Barrel 18 presidents choice yesterday and watched along with your video. The nose is super similar to WRF. Crazy good. Can’t wait for your 117 Bib review
I don’t spend a lot of time nosing. Yes I see if it smells good but the taste is way more important and determines if I will continue to drink it. And of course cost on these bottles from BT and others that have unicorns I don’t have to worry about ever I can’t get them in my area and I wouldn’t be able to afford them if they were. Glad you are lucky enough to get these. Enjoy!!

Those are bargain prices! Never seen one sitting on the shelf south of $400-500 here. Luckily I’ve gotten multiple store picks for $54.99 through loyalty programs and raffles. Worth that price all day.

I like it...a lot actually, but I paid MSRP for the one that I have...I would not pay $100 plus for it for sure.
I have only gotten Full Proof as store picks, so I have been spoiled with some really good bottles.

OBC Kitchen currently has the best WFP pick ive ever had at the bar. We went on a WFP pick the next day and while they were great....that OBC pick was sooooo good!!

Depends on what day honestly. Most Monday-Thursdays you will be able to score until 1 or 2. On Friday-Sunday they have sold out as early as a couple hours of open. Obviously this isn't guarantee and sometimes it can last longer or shorter just depends on the day. Good luck!!!

So what state do you have to travel to in order to get a store pick? I'm from Minnesota and the fact that there are people out yonder that can get a store pick is comical to me.

We rarely see Weller full proofs store picks here in Michigan. More likely to see a traditional WFP. Stores are more likely to go with a Blanton’s store pick
What available wheaters would you guys recommend as close alternatives?
