I really loved this video. I like when you're filming recipes that go along with instructions. It's really helpful to have the visual reference, rather than just discussing the recipe or menu plan. Great job!
Planning and preparing is the best key, I don't do it so much in the last few years as my husband started a food program were they sort out of date food or close to the date and fruit and veggies that r a bit past it. Any way I base most of meals that way. I love the deep freeze as well u can freeze things for a later date ❤❤❤❤. Such a great video, thanks!!!!!!!
I squeeze a bunch of lemons and pour the juice into silicone ice cube molds (smaller ones) and store cubes in mason jar in freezer. You could, depending on how long you keep that lemon juice in your fridge, is freeze the juice you bought. Silicone muffin cups are the BEST!
Awesome video! I am on a mission to follow your recipes. Btw, you are such a trooper! Staying focused and on track with all the sweet baby babbles in the background! 💪🏼 Adorable and total girl power!
Hi becca! Thank you for making such educational and helpful content (: could you talk about natural period care and how you avoid some of the toxic menstrual products? I know this is a hot topic right now because of the recent study that came out about tampons. Thank you!
I love this!! I’m a mom who’s trying to enjoy cooking and learn as much as I can to improve our nutrition. This may sound like a dumb question, but how long does the chicken stay good in the fridge? How many days do you use it? Thanks!!
This has been debunked years ago, the cholesterol in eggs does not translate into cholesterol in your body. Your body wants to produce its own things, it doesn't just use what you eat as it is. For example, if you eat collagen you are not going to have more collagen in you: the body is going to divide the protein into amminoacids and use them as it prefers :)
I would also love a vlog showing quickly what you eat for dinner in one real life week!

I will be trying this bread recipe!! My kids just bought me a grain mill for my birthday ☺️
Mine is arriving tomorrow, they had a big sale!
HIGHLY recommend the tesamae cilantro lime ranch from
Thrive Market. It is SO SO good. We use it on tacos, salads and as a dip!
Your kitchen is so lovely! I'd love an ilve but the reviews are mixed. :) The recipes are so good. thanks for sharing!
Love your dress in this! Where’s it from?

I’d say depends on how you cooked it, but probably 3-5 days :)
I wish Thrive ships to Canada
So good! What would you say would be the most nutritious egg replacer? I am allergic to eggs 🙁
For baking? Or to get similar nutrients?
In baking flax eggs, mix ground flax with water. Let it thicken.
Quick question: do yo I trust Thrive’s quality when it comes to olive and avocado oil?
The recipe you provided says baking powder however mine did not turn out so I’m fairly certain it is baking soda?
Motivating!
It is actually illegal for companies to advertise eggs as healthy or nutritious because they are so high in cholesterol. 💓

Eggs are incredibly healthy. Look up Genius Foods - Max Lugavere for better understanding.
Not sure what country you're in but that's definitely not the case in my country. Eggs are amazingly nutritious.
