  • CarBuzz attended a media even called Topless In Miami, where we had the chance to drive the latest convertible and panoramic roof cars from across the industry.
Mini brought out a 2019 Cooper S Convertible with the Florida Special Edition package. For $8,200, the package adds power-folding mirrors, a garage door opener, keyless entry, heated seats, custom soft top, automatic climate control, LED lights, satellite radio, Harmon Kardon audio, and all-season tires.
The Cooper Convertible is a great car for Florida because the roof can open partially to form a 'sunroof' but with an as-tested price of $41,450, the Florida Edition we drove seems a bit too pricey.

Florida Edition with heated seats? Makes no sense. Maybe they need to replace their marketing department and they would start selling cars again!

I told them I think it needs ventilated seats.

Way, way overpriced for what it is and the quality of manufacture, imo

A lot of people say that. It's a fair point, but it's a very nicely driving vehicle with a premium interior.

It's pretty much BMW sourced engine & transmission. Take it up with them! Lol

I'd rather have the Miata especially for quality and reliability.
I also find a lot of the new body styles of the mini are fugly. Way overpriced.
