I actually saw this guy getting hanged but didn't know this was the same guy I had brought to the doctor. I guess that maybe I didn't get close enough to trigger dialogue between him and Arthur. Something I learned from watching your video: I am on my second play-through and never knew that the player is able to mark a noose rope while using dead eye.
I was on a mission of my own for an item that I really wanted badly when this happened.... usually I play an honorable Arthur, but I stopped... thought about it a second...then left his ass there.

I saved him my first play through but I just shot the rope and took off like a bat out of hell. I never went back for the interaction.
