If you beat the raccon hat trapper fair and don't kill him. Then walk around valentine with his hat on, he will periodically attack you trying to get his hat back.
You can also loot any saddlebags of any horse without the horse kicking you. The trick is to "block" the saddlebag so the animation of Arthur grabbing inside will not work. Just get on the horse and go to the nearest tree (trees are the best). Position the horse with the saddlebag against the tree. You can now loot the blocked saddlebag and the animation can't work because the tree is in the way.
The best for Block animation is using your own horse.. especially when skinning animals.. simply take your horse on top of the carcus .. then skin.. they will automatically pick it up
Mindful to note; when you rob the Drs office you should have a stick of dynamite in your inv. Place it on the wall safe for a big chunk of change early on.
Just craft a single bullet of Explosive revolver round. Shoot the safe with it and it will not trigger the wanted (yet, dynamite will have unpredictable outcome at least for me) and your bounty will not exceed $2.

17:40 return to this same spot in chapter 6. Walk in the saloon , the man will be there without his hat and he will ne rambling on, but he will ignore you. Now go outside and put the hat you stole from him on and walk back in the saloon. I won't spoil it for you

I've seen the guy try to drown the woman out back behind the saloon or Dr's office in the trough there Also, for RDO the best spot to jump safely onto your horse form 3m is at the stables in Valentine. Hitch your horse to the post to the left facing the entrance then go to the right side, blacksmith part of the stable. Climb onto roof, go to ledge above your horse, jump and land safely for the challenge reward
About the Sherif's secret there's a Bounty in valentine named Ellie Anne Swan the black widow, well when you bring her back to the cell and stay a bit she will talk about sherif's secret idk if I'm the only one that didn't knew it but yeah ^^
@ZaneViscor true but keep in mind you useing cheat codes while playing it in store mode doesn't allow you too save it. You can only use cheat codes and it too save via online version of rdr2

The second secret , the domestic violence , I encountered the exact same scenario , like 10 feet away from when I was listening to the sheriffs conversation with his wife . It’s my first time playing the game , this happened before I watched the video so I was so confused , lol . But anyway 10 feet away from me at the back door , i hear the lady getting drowned , I hog tied his ass , took him to sherif and got a little reward .

@@M1N1molo I don't think so- Arthur's hat looks darker and the band around the hat looks like it's almost the same color (not so here). They look like pretty different shapes too. I've seen his default hat plenty. This one looks much closer to the boater or panama than Arthur's hat. (In my opinion)

If you come back later wearing the raccoon hat, or even switch to it, when that guys there he will charge at you for round 2.
He comes at you for round two even if you don't have the hat on. You just have to stand by him so he can see you. That's what I did at least
