What kills me is these people don’t pay any rent but can fight in court to stay somewhere that they refuse to pay for. Make it make sense 😑

The owner of the property should scold the tenant as he was leaving as a parting shot for causing him inconvenience & big loss of income & tell him he will pursue him for the back rent through the court so he don’t think he can keep doing this to other unsuspecting landlords & think he can keep on making money off their backs by milking the system that allows such unscrupulous acts to take place there should be consequences for non payment of rents by the courts on such repeat culprits who are doing this intentionally to profit at the landlords expense

I am shocked the locksmith showed how easy it was to break into those flats just by climbing in through the slightly open window 😮 why didn’t he just break the lock like any locksmith will know how to do? 😱

The tenant was despicable to just abandon his cat 🐈 & not care if the landlord throws it out on the streets is anyone surprised since he doesnt care that he owes rent in yhe first place?

The laws in the UK are nuts. I'm not surprised there's a housing shortage. One bad tenant and you could be out any profit you'd ever made. Forget that BS. We won't even go into having to ask the Council Nannies before you can do anything on your own property.

The girl with the tower on her head lied to producers. She brought that person into the country. She also wasn't living with her mother. Her and her husband lived together in their house. There are landlords on this show that were really having trouble and she's wasting people's time.

Why didn’t Paul the expert from Landlord Action not tell his client not to change the lock after their inspection together? Resulting in him having to hand back the keys to the tenant & waiting another 3 weeks for a bailiff to evict the tenant?

32:00, she should have an immediate posession order because she originally had one, the tenants filed an appeal after, it was proved false, and shes got a baby. This is ridiculous. Iv seen others get immediate possesion orders when they dont wven have children.

she let a homeless family stays in her house as an act of generosity for one month, but the homeless changed the locks and refused to leave after even a year which left the young mother homeless thus she stays at her mother small apartment (not enough space for the husband to stay thus living elsewhere) hope that help.

Bet you 100% he’s lying. Just a slumlord who wants to collect rent from vulnerable people who have no place to go. Probably they,re day laborers workers. Watching a lot of the show I learned there’s a lot of greedy people do anything for the mighty dollar and lie about it. sure after she leaves he’s going to bring all of them back. all the extra mattress still there all they have do is put it on the floor.
