What kills me is these people don’t pay any rent but can fight in court to stay somewhere that they refuse to pay for. Make it make sense 😑
These laws are INSANE
The first thing I do is pay my rent,
Britain needs to change their laws. Too lenient.
The owner of the property should scold the tenant as he was leaving as a parting shot for causing him inconvenience & big loss of income & tell him he will pursue him for the back rent through the court so he don’t think he can keep doing this to other unsuspecting landlords & think he can keep on making money off their backs by milking the system that allows such unscrupulous acts to take place there should be consequences for non payment of rents by the courts on such repeat culprits who are doing this intentionally to profit at the landlords expense
In America, when it comes to real estate, and health care, if it’s not in writing it doesn’t exist.
I am shocked the locksmith showed how easy it was to break into those flats just by climbing in through the slightly open window 😮 why didn’t he just break the lock like any locksmith will know how to do? 😱
The tenant was despicable to just abandon his cat 🐈 & not care if the landlord throws it out on the streets is anyone surprised since he doesnt care that he owes rent in yhe first place?
The laws in the UK are nuts. I'm not surprised there's a housing shortage. One bad tenant and you could be out any profit you'd ever made. Forget that BS. We won't even go into having to ask the Council Nannies before you can do anything on your own property.
The girl with the tower on her head lied to producers. She brought that person into the country. She also wasn't living with her mother. Her and her husband lived together in their house. There are landlords on this show that were really having trouble and she's wasting people's time.
Oh do you know them? I found her story to be a little sus tbh.
It doesn't make sense that she would wait almost a year before filing for eviction. There is definitely more to the story.
Why didn’t Paul the expert from Landlord Action not tell his client not to change the lock after their inspection together? Resulting in him having to hand back the keys to the tenant & waiting another 3 weeks for a bailiff to evict the tenant?
yup my thots he isnt dt expereinced as he shows
They both agreed it looked unlived in
Me slapping neighbors children: WAKE UP, NEW DOCU ABOUT UK SOCIETY IS OUT!
I will never let anyone stay at my flat!
Smart.
At least for not more than 29 days! Legal tenancy attaches at 30 days of occupancy.
Such a settled little baby .❤
There's a business to be had speeding up the eviction process but the landlords are not actively evicting people after the two months bringing it on themselves
Why don’t they use a translation app, you have a phone, it’s simple.
In my country, if you don't pay the rent for 3 consecutive months, you'll be evicted legally.
Posted 21 seconds ago 😂 exciting weekend here haha 🇦🇺
dt high court sheriff looks like a model
please charge him with animal abandonment , and pls keep the kitty and give it a proper home!!!!!!!!
Video shows cat 🐈 escaping through the kitchen window
All this human misery but the comments are demanding justice for an abandoned cat.
This is why Britains laws are that bad
32:00, she should have an immediate posession order because she originally had one, the tenants filed an appeal after, it was proved false, and shes got a baby. This is ridiculous. Iv seen others get immediate possesion orders when they dont wven have children.
It does not seem to be disgusting inside just needs some maintenance.
What about the cat its besutiful.!
I am surprised people do not take the law into their own hands more. Inaction like this is a recipe for people solving their own disputes
I’m not understanding the young mother, saying waiting to reunite with your husband. Where is the husband and why is she fighting this battle alone?
she let a homeless family stays in her house as an act of generosity for one month, but the homeless changed the locks and refused to leave after even a year which left the young mother homeless thus she stays at her mother small apartment (not enough space for the husband to stay thus living elsewhere) hope that help.
@@AD-ph9xbI understood about the issue as I did watch this episode I was wondering why is the husband not dealing with the issue. You would think the husband would be handling the issue by her side at least.
@@sharonmiller8500 I presume that either he didn’t want to be on camera, or for the audience to be emotionally invested
@@AD-ph9xb thank you for responding, I just found that part a bit concerning also I’m in Australia and the process and rules in the UK are not the same. Landlords seems to have a lot more power than tenants in Australia in my opinion.
@@sharonmiller8500 100% agree with that am in Australia as well, and got inspection 3 times a year which surprise me that they didn’t know about the other tenants
Prob old video, no apps on phone to translate maybe.
Why would you move out of your apartment to let someone else live there for a day, and you have a baby? Wow smh
Bet you 100% he’s lying. Just a slumlord who wants to collect rent from vulnerable people who have no place to go. Probably they,re day laborers workers. Watching a lot of the show I learned there’s a lot of greedy people do anything for the mighty dollar and lie about it. sure after she leaves he’s going to bring all of them back. all the extra mattress still there all they have do is put it on the floor.
id please lol like you need to show anything
I believe it’s ok in the Quran to steal someone else’s problem.
The laws in Australia are tough.
