People make me sick ! … I am 60 years old and have rented most of my adult life … Not once have I reneged on my rent !… maybe late once or twice due to a long weekend or a shortage but only for a day or two … But NEVER would I expect my landlord to live in his property free of charge !!! … How disgusting are these people … These owners have their own mortgages and families to feed !… And when we rented we treated our rental like it was our own … mowing grass keeping yard and home tidy clean and free of malicious damage …
Every landlord should not wait no more than 30 days to start eviction proceedings
I will never understand why they wait months or years before they start eviction
It cost money
It costs money and time and also there is the tenant’s situation that is not completely known
I jumped on one of my renters 3 days after they were late. I'm not bragging but they snuck out in the middle of the night. I will never rent again.
When people move in and change locks, it should be counted as theft.
Grand theft even.
The are all called Ravy.
Absolutely! Unbelievable behaviour, this absolutely made my blood boil.
Unpaid rented should also be a criminal code offense.
Some slumlords don't change locks between tenant changes.🫣
Old mate rocking up to work in a Adidas tracksuit. You know you picked the wrong agent to look after your property!!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH
Rents are going up here in America as well.....its getting crazy.
Paul knows who is collecting rent. It's clearly Carterstone
Meanwhile in Canada Ontario people haven't paid rent for over 7 months owing landlord over 20k Basically holding there house hostage until the csse reach the judge 😅
Never let anyone into your house
I agree with you, 💯 percent I’ve been retired for 12 years now, and the thought had cross my mind to rent a room out from my 3 b/r house. I decided against it. I rather work part- time 2 or 3 days, a week It keeps me active and social, & young at heart. Watching these horror stories of what others, have been thur from renting their homes out, l’m very thankful, l didn’t.
The dude that went missing is definitely dead right?
Lol mostly neither tenants, landlords nor housing officers speak proper English
I thought that without a tenancy agreement aka lease, it would be easy to remove someone because there's no proof of a contract.
That's what I thought, too 😂.
Why did Tracy wait so long to evict? Big mistake
Import something something, become something something.......like fleas jumping off a corpse.
Import the third world, become the third world.
The UK really has fallen.
I had to leave to Romania cause there's too much doctors and engineers in the UK.
So sad seeing a lot of these owners stories on here and the English laws need to change to stop these owners getting ripped off by tenants or dodgy agents.
Hmm i thought Canada was bad. But then again
Truly there is nothing new under the sun
If you’ve thought it chances are someone else has thought the same thing.
Should be called land devils. It would catch on after awhile.
The same issue has occured in the USA 🇺🇸 since the Covid19 pandemic, when governments told landlords not to evict tenants, even though they hadn't paid their rent in months. It's a nightmare 😈 scenario still ongoing right now.
Australia the same😞
Country towns selling to anyone 😈😈😈
Mate not likely.tenants have laws but there are strict protection laws here.
@@ConstructionHoney it's only the start , imagrints don't care about law's in Australia in2024
Its a global housing criss
Exactly they need to build new affordable apartments not luxury ones that near 2k a month housings needs to be under 1 k a month
Harrow council sure makes a lot of vulnerable people homeless in the quest to protect people from slumlords. Maybe they should find people housing before going after the landlords....
These are very old videos
And have been reposted
I want to know what happened to the adorable couple who lived in the attic of the "business".
All those fake tenants do is lie...
What is the Taxation Dept. doing while all this is going on? They must be walking around backwards. Any residential dwelling should be registered and if it isn't the owner should be summonsed to court.
Why didn't they take pictures because the guy will always deny.
Is this England or Pakistan ? .
What's the difference?
England guess you aren't watching the video properly
England, clearly
Call the police !!!👮♂🕵
Look who's running this bulls... Business
Exactly -- when I saw "what" was running the business it did not surprise me that they were ripping him off.
Seems like a lot of Muslims to me...
I do not feel sorry for people who want tenants to cover their morgages.
Is Grammarly for dummies?
Landlords are greedy.
Your obviously a tenant who doesn't pay rent!
@@Rick-kj9dd I own property in Mexico.
@@Rick-kj9dd I own a house in rural Romania.
Had to leave the UK to raise my son because of all the diversity being let in and all the "investors" buying up housing just to rent out.
Living a far better life here in Romania and bonus, I haven't seen a single Muslim in the two years I've been here.
Enjoy your diversification
@@stephanblack4558, So tell us, how much do you charge for rent compared to the market price?
You have no idea do you ? We rented a house out way below market rent for 2 years because we felt sorry for the tenants. And in return they looked after the place. I am so over tenants thinking they have rights to something they did not pay for, or work for. That is theft.
