Loved it so much I traded it in and am awaiting the build/delivery of my NEW 2025 Z4 M40i 6 speed manual (Cuz I LOVE standard) to be built in Skyscraper Silver (With Full mat clear PPF wrap to get mat but save some bucks AND get protection), the Anthracite Silver top and Cognac seats and door cards... counting down the days...Can't wait
Great Review. I picked up my Z4 M40i in Sanremo Green and Cognac seats two weeks ago. I love the car it drives really well and “yes” you get noticed. It’s a beautiful looking car.

@CrashLarue, bold statement. I love a manual car as much as the next petrol head but I’d def get the Z4 with an automatic. Makes it much better to drive as a daily but a great gear box when you want to take it out and have some fun!
I take delivery of a Z4 M40i in Frosted Metalic Gray II in two days. I've watched DOZENS of videos in the five months I've been waiting for delivery. Your video of this car was the absolute BEST video I've seen. Thank you and WELL DONE!

Oh and remember to go easy on her for the first 1000kms/600miles… worst part about buying a new car but that’ll give all the mechanicals a good chance to wear in nicely 😊
@@TheWordOnCars Thanks for reminding me of the 600M break-in period. I actually have to drive interstate 650M right after delivery. What is your sdvice?
No problem @clerincg, I always recommend the wear in miles to be done with varying load levels rather than just highway miles where you sit at a constant level of RPM. So best to just drive it in conditions where you can stop/start and vary the engine speed. And that’ll also help wear in the transmission, differential, brakes and even suspension bushings. And it’s always best to stay away from the redline until you get through the first 600 miles. With the Z4, I’d go up to around 4000 occasionally (and gradually) through the wear in period. Hope this helps!
