I am so glad I found you all. Your roses are great and the knowledge you share gives me confidence I can grow beautiful roses. Thank you so much for all you do.
Thanks for having a wonderful video channel & absolutely outstanding roses. Your roses are a little more expensive than other mail order nurseries, but they are so well worth it. They always arrive perfectly packaged, well-rooted, moist, & absolutely eager to grow. They are much larger than the roses from other nurseries; the potted ones are about 10 inches tall so they are mature enough to handle being shipped. I prefer own-root roses over grafted, as they are very difficult to kill---I've never had one die on me & if I can't kill something, no one can!
Good question! Yes, we recommend our living potting soil with no fertilizers. Here is a link to it. heirloomroses.com/products/heirloom-roses-living-soil
Thanks for reaching out. Here is a link to some helpful information on transplanting roses. Some of the information is similar to planting a new rose. heirloomroses.com/blogs/how-to-articles/transplanting-roses
