I really appreciate all of your videos man. I used your how to not get ripped off video when I purchased my 01cr250r and knocked the price down $700canadian because I found linkage bearings and fork seals needed replacements. I also used your videos to replace those parts among many others. Thanks for all you do and I pray for nothing but the best for you and yours. Thanks again.
Hey dude! just found your channel today and its awesome! you show every little thing in detail and its so fun watchung you tear down bikes and making the parts all shiny again. You can even learn a lot. Keep it up bro!!!
I didn't think you could submerge the coil like that. Makes cleaning it easy now. I noticed the gasket you pulled off between the boot and the reed body. My '01 cr250 doesn't have one of those. It seems like one should be there but the explosion doesn't show one either.
such good deal in my opinion for a cr250. jeez here in cali just getting one that kinda runs is difficult to get for less than a 1000. but im specifically looking for the last generation of the cr's basically the same body style as this one. I miss riding 2 strokes.
Nice video once again! I think the cluncking noise is caused by the conrod slapping against the cilinder, thought that the piston might be removed already.
I had this exact same issue. Tried to remove it myself and got a hardened “easy-out” reverse drill bit stuck in the bolt. Ended up taking it to a shop where the machinist cut out the alluminum surrounding the bolt and replaced it, then drilled and tapped a new hole for me. I think i paid $200. Saved me so much hassle
Bro need some suggestions. Rear axel bolt cross threaded on the way out. Adjuster blocks are so shot they don’t hold while I️ try and break free the bolt that just will not budge
I think that sound is a broken rod, that means - ~200$ for a new crankshaft, but who knows if the gearing and the inner zylinder had not been hurt by it braking ... I voted " rebuild " so i am stoked and already waiting for your next vid :D Keep it up
Keep up the good work! Quick question: Why do you not buy/sell any Gasgas-cycles? I have one myself so would be really fun and informative when you take apart one (EC250). I would be interessted to buy some parts aswell :)
Wish you would have posted the bolt removal tip two months ago woulda helped with my Husqvarna chain tensioner! Ahah all jokes aside I appreciate the tips and as always great videos!
Hey Cameron, I busted a stud today on my 2001 CR125R while tightening down the head. (fail). The first place I thought to go is your channel. Do you have a good extraction vid by any chance? I'm thinking I should replace them all, would you agree? Many thanks in advance!
Aye Cam I can’t find a heated soak tank, bout to break down an old rm85 and wanted to soak every thing in a heated degreaser.. any other solutions to soaking the parts without the heated tank? Or any ideas how to find one or make one? Thanks for all ur tips you are life changing!
You deserve more subscribers you really do also keep up the great work man absolutely love the videos I've been using the same methods to clean my plastics and frame and all that works amazing thanks again for everything
The CR125 I own I am rebuilding complete. The swing arm is ground away from the chain. Have you ever dealt with anything like that or is it better to just find a better one?
I understand almost everything in this video but what do you plug off with those rubber pieces? Where do you not want degreeser to get? Sorry I'm a noob but that's the thing I don't understand
its the insides of the brake master and slave cylinders, there are little rubber seals inside, around a piston that moves with the pressure of the brake fluid or you applying pressure to the lever, the rubber seals swell and degrade with exposure to petroleum based products, such as degreaser, ruining your brakes
What’s wrong with the engine?
Cameron Niemela sounds like there’s no piston in it
No piston in the engine
Cameron Niemela no piston or connection rod broken
The con rod is probably broken.
Def no piston in engine
Anyone else see the cereal box gasket at around 9:25, lol
The best kind of gaskets 😂
The editing in this vid is straight up pro
that heated tank is the game changer... I need to get an impact like that, saves a bunch of time. Another stellar video.

@@CameronNiemela thanks man.. No commission for yah tho sorry lol 😂

its a good thing your are rebuilding it, uncle ronnie might get mad!
This whole video amazed me at the editing quality, keep it up, so damn entertaining to watch! and the sound has to be a broken con rod
Perfect cleaning,I'm from Brazil and I'm your fan! Congratulations..
These videos are addictive to me...saludos desde argentina! !!!
Those plastics came out mint. Can’t wait to see what the bike looks like with the cycra front plate
Just needed it and remebered your video ^^ Thank you so much for improving all my repairs :D

So the bin/tank has a heating element underneath to heat up I take it?
That 125 is sick man. Love that thing.
Have a great New Year!!

I use a Brillo pad when cleaning plastics, it cleans them and takes off and oxidation
Your video quality is really good man! 🔝
I’m fully rebuild my 125 again at the moment to a 144 with a 6 speed swap! it’s looking good sooo far
Bro need some suggestions. Rear axel bolt cross threaded on the way out. Adjuster blocks are so shot they don’t hold while I️ try and break free the bolt that just will not budge
40000 reached! Nice work bro! Amazing video as always
I say by the end of the year he has 250k
Nick Childs how did you know that's precisely my goal for next year? Reading my mind aren't you
had the same issue 7:00 with mine, the left bolt broke into the swingarm!, had to drill it, then tap new threads
Great vid! can't wait for the next one!
Cameron my ttr 125 is making a clicking sound in 1st gear and I think it is the main transmission shaft
Keep up the good work I enjoy watching your videos

Me encantan tus vídeos, sigue así eres un maquina, saludos desde España(Spain)🇪🇸
Awesome video! I love them😍 The parts you've cleaned are like new!
serviço muito lindo de se ver, nunca vi nada igual parabens.
admiro muito seu trabalho!!!!!!!!!!!
Cool vid as always Cameron keep up the good work
sweet video bro!! and i think that there is no piston on the crank and it's just hitting the jug
good video as always, one question, do you ever change the water mix? if yo do maybe you can show us how you do it(:
Keep up the good work!
Quick question:
Why do you not buy/sell any Gasgas-cycles? I have one myself so would be really fun and informative when you take apart one (EC250). I would be interessted to buy some parts aswell :)
Nice. Well done. Sounds like a power valve issue.
Stuck bolts are the ultimate patience test
Great vid bud as always and thanks for the upload
cameron can u get a wr200 2 steoke, late 90s and do a fix up and get like yz250 plastics to see if theyll fot and then sell the bike
Wish you would have posted the bolt removal tip two months ago woulda helped with my Husqvarna chain tensioner! Ahah all jokes aside I appreciate the tips and as always great videos!
You do great work i love that sissors jack

Got a 98 cr 250 thing runs mint has over 200 psi compression starts first kick
nice setup man, im working for this type of garage and to do this same thing! love your videos
Aye Cam I can’t find a heated soak tank, bout to break down an old rm85 and wanted to soak every thing in a heated degreaser.. any other solutions to soaking the parts without the heated tank? Or any ideas how to find one or make one? Thanks for all ur tips you are life changing!
Wow, that 250 hasn't seen that much love in like...FOREVER. The clanking noise may be top or bottom end bearings. Let's look inside.
A clean bike is a happy bike😎
How often do you change the soak tank
You deserve more subscribers you really do also keep up the great work man absolutely love the videos I've been using the same methods to clean my plastics and frame and all that works amazing thanks again for everything
love these cleaning videos
Awesome I love this project!!
I just bought the same exact solvent tank, what heating element did you use for it?
i have a question. Is okay to clean ignition unit in water. Can´t you damage the unit by soaking it into water?
Great videos. Great work. 💪💪💪🙏🙏😎😎
Good job man I like it keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻😲
Hey Cameron are you using hot water in the powerwasher cabinet?
It sounds like it’s missing the piston, you should get a tx race plastic conversion kit
Cr125 is so clean 👌
The bearing between the connecting rod and the piston
No piston head the sound is just the piston rod hitting the cylinder wall
Hey bro
How did you retro fit the heater element in the parts bin/wash. Cheers
The CR125 I own I am rebuilding complete. The swing arm is ground away from the chain. Have you ever dealt with anything like that or is it better to just find a better one?
Yeah, that's very common. trickeng.com will get you fixed up
Lets go another upload
What do you add to the water to clean the pieces?
Hi Cam, where do you get the little rubber cones for plugging up the brakes?
I was gonna ask the same question.
Where tid you get the ruvber cone for the brakes?
Where did you get or make the rubber cones from?
Clean with hot water in the degreaser tank?

Why you dont use a ultrassonic tank for cleanning?
what music was that in the beginning? Sounds like Celestino Lee Impala song...
Hey i am looking at a 2004 Honda cr85. It is 795 USD and is in good condition. Is it a good deal?
That Raptor Guy yeah for sure as long as its in good condition
That Raptor Guy id say so. I had the same bike that was In decent condition and sold it for $1k
Blazze 27 Thanks for the help
That Raptor Guy yes it is Ur not stealing it at that price but still a good deal
BRWfilms ok
I have that same washer what cleaner do you use?
Where did you get the heated washing tank
Which you like more Honda or Yamaha
Is it true that Honda is going to bring back two strokes in 2018 or 2019
What fluid do you use in the parts washer?
Where have you been? Is everything ok ?
What’s your website for the sales of your used parts?
Thats was very satisfying
Cam sping as a back chain bolt would look cool that way the swing arm doesn't take the hit from a loose back tire. Just inventing stuff
I’m so excited to see this thing when your done.......it’s gonna rip......braaaaaaaap!
What liquid uses for cleaning pieces?
How do you heat your parts soak/wash tank?
My chain adjuster is super super stuck it ended up snapping we even welded it back and it snapped
Great video!
I understand almost everything in this video but what do you plug off with those rubber pieces? Where do you not want degreeser to get? Sorry I'm a noob but that's the thing I don't understand

codenamenel thanks that makes a lot more sense now
Hey I just wanted to ask how you keep your bolts orginized because I have trouble with that
whered u get thew rubber cones
Is it safe to wash all the electrical components with water and degreaser??
Will you keep or sell the bike after
What do you dip them in
You should do a 2 stroke pipe full restoration
How do you remember where everything goes back? Like in terms of bolts
I organize the bolts into separate bags that are labeled
Cameron Niemela thank you!
Where did you get the cone covers for the banjo bolts?
Local hardware store
Great video
Nice job as usual. Did you sell the 2011 crf250?
Yes, that's been gone for 5 years now.
Must of watched an old video thinking it was new like I did😂
why tf do you only have 40k subs?!!! wth
you should have so much more
My guess is the rods broke and it’s pushing the piston up and when u turn the fly wheel the piston comes down and hits it
Hey Cameron I am 5’4” and I was wondering if you could help me chose a bike I thing the Honda 230cr or something shorter what should I chose
Street Scoot I'm 5.8 and I ride a 250, and a 230 isn't much smaller, maybe you should look at a crf150.
Mitch_Da__ thanks
I’m 5’6 and I sit perfectly on my 2003 suzuki drz 125.
Thanks
I think the piston is touching the power walve
