Hey thanks great tutorial! I am missing the part with sewing the pieces together. Would love to see how and where you sew them and how you do the invisible stitch. Thanks
And try to watch this tutorial where I showed how to sew ears. You can use it for arms and legs. I am working on the written pattern of dinosaur so maybe you would like to have it too. I will let yous know here when it's available.
I love this Dino- I’m frustrated trying to make it right. I’ve made 3 legs none are the same size somehow- two are close enough tho. I have no clue how they came out so different. I realized the reason my Dino is so much bigger than intended is because I’m using a bernat size 6 and it’s almost twice the size of yours- even using my smallest hook 3.25mm ( I had to start over midway through making the body to get this smaller ) I’m making this for a friends baby and it’s taking me so long it was supposed to be a Christmas present it’s almost February now and I just finished the legs- I also have 2 babies under 3yrs old which is half the reason for how long it’s taking - the rest is having to start over and fix mistakes in sizing. - I also messed up on the neck area but couldn’t tell until I sewed on the head completely. So mine does not quite look like yours but it’s good enough because I’m not starting over again. Yours is a lot cuter. Instructions were not as clear as I needed I guess. I have been crocheting for almost 6yrs I thought I could handle this much easier- this is only my 2nd stuffed animal. But thank you for this tutorial it was the only one I liked that I found using a chunky yarn.
Hello, I am glad you like my dino. Yeah I agree I did not explain the pattern clear enough. Sorry..:( but I have a written pattern on www.etsy.com/shop/tommyssheepshop if it helps..
I made this for someone and it turned out SO adorable! I wish I could post a photo of it in these comments. Thank you for the tutorial! (You don't happen to have a cat pattern anywhere online do you??)
