I am also struggling so hard, so it doesn't actually matter if the orb for example is yellow you don't need to select leviosa??

I totally did not do the last puzzle correctly lol. I ended up causing one of the platforms to glitch and become mostly invisible and then just dragged the platform and caused it to bump the one I was on until I got to the edge. I’m truly a wizard!

Dude your feedback about using a color spell to respond to the corresponding globe was GOLD and probably saved me an hour of trial and error!! Beat him on the first try using your technique :O)

I can’t even beat him because he immediately charges up a yellow one right after using one so my spell isn’t charged up enough to destroy it. Any tips?

@@haiku6237have two yellow spells in your spell set if tht happens, for example Levioso and glacius

You can have multiple yellow (or any color) spells lined-up and ready to go in each of your 4 spell diamonds. I kept 1 yellow, 1 purple, and 2 red spells in each of my spell diamonds and had no issues beating him the first time.@@haiku6237

I had to setup my spells so that I had 1 of each color on the bar. But, when the globe was purple, my spells in that color had no effect. Yellow worked fine, I did not get a red globe on the last boss. But, I am still having an issue with beating him

Thank you for that info about the “Orb”. I had a pretty difficult time with the main boss. I didn’t even know that. It took me 30 minutes to defeat him. When I replay the game as a witch, I shall be better equipped.

I have a question!! Everytime I verse the final boss, he uses leviosa twice in a row, with the yellow orb, and I can't destroy it because my leviosa is still charging up! What do I do?

Omg that helped A LOT! I struggled for like 30 times. I only had the 5 life potions from the chest and I was only able to get a little bit under the half of his life bar. After I watched the video and understood the magic trick it was way easier to beat him.

You can evade the charged orbs the moment he fires it at you. Unlocking the long dodge talent really helps.

Came here to look for easier way to beat boss. You said if he charges orb no way to evade. Not true, get the swift talent in core to be able to dodge orb attacks, but destroying them seems to be better

You can actually normal dodge it you just have to time it perfectly last second

that's right, I was watching the video to explain how I was supposed to destroy those orbs, I killed him normally by dodging all the attacks. anyway despite having the (useless) long dodge I forgot to have it as for the rest of the game and just rolled the attack, extremely easy as timing, just get it right once and from there on you won't get it wrong anymore.

I was able to do it the first try using Accio, Expelliarmus, Confringo, and Filipendo. And of course, a few wand hits and lots of dodging, by flipping. 😊

My game screwed up after this fight.
After I kill the final boss and go across the bridge to grab the chest and interact with the chalice thingy, nothing happens, but the light purple circle area is back across the bridge where the final boss was...
I can't go anywhere before that final boss location, and I can only go stand where the boss died and do nothing forever, or go back to the chest and chalice area and walk through the window/mirror that takes me back to the map room with the huge old wizard dood, but I can't interact with him or anything...
There's something broken where the final boss died I think, that won't let me continue until it's dealt with, but there nothing there at all to do...
The 4 pillars aren't broken anymore either, so it's like the area reset or something but I can't trigger it again unless maybe if I go through to the map room, and then go all the way back to start it all over again...
I hopefully have a save point somewhere in this trial dungeon that I can find to start from instead.
I did make a useless save point right after I killed the final boss, before crossing the bridge, which might be what screwed it up even somehow, who knows...
It's a useless save though because the same thing happens, or actually doesn't happen if I start from that save point, so it's either saving there or something to do with that fight resetting, or one of the enemies got knocked off in the fight and is still alive maybe done below somehow, but I can find it or see it anywhere...
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone ran into this weird situation, and what they did about it?
For now I'll look for a previous save, and hopefully one exists.

How do you stop ackio forcing you to turn towards the object you are casting on? I'm locked in and cannot get out or use spells when this happens, ive died so many times trying to jump and the spell forces me the other way killing me in the process 😢😢

If you dodge right when the orb hits you it negates all damage (that’s what I did the entire fight because I didn’t know how to destroy them smh)
