To make breadcrumbs without a food processor, just toast the bread as you did and then use a food grater to grate the bread into crumbs. It was the most useful thing I discovered when I was a student with limited cooking equipment ☺️

I want u to try this mint sauce which u can use with anything that u prefer :D Ingredients: Mint leaves Green chilli Parsley 1 tomato Mix that together then add plain white yogurt. To make it sour u can put either lemon juice or an unripe green mango NOT BOTH. Now mix it all together and enjoy. To make it runnier add water. There is no real measurements for this so do whatever. This is an easy recipe which does not include boiling or whatever. This sauce can be frozen for a couple of weeks. If u wish to freeze it, DO NOT add the yogurt in. Instead, take it out of the freezer and microwave for around 15 seconds and then add the yogurt. Can’t wait for u to try this :>

(a new Product that is a pumpkin seed based, soy free Tofu). Works in savory or sweet recipes, too! Coconut Aminos vs Soy Sauce Other plant milks vs Soy Milks Other plant yogurts vs Soy Yogurts
There is also tempeh made of lupine that tastes exactly like soy tempeh. If you live in Germany, you might find it from 'Tempeh Manufaktur' in the organic store :)

@@Mina_Rome okay update on the tofish: I am obsessed. I pressed it and then cut it half like you did with the tempeh. I then did everything the same as you. It turned out soooo well! It really adapted the nori flavour so well that it has that seafood-y vibe. 10 out of 10 would recommend this version if you have trouble finding Tempeh like I did 😂
