Hello, thanks for your interaction with my channel. Actually, after it's cured, this is the color now. it's looks like light orange and brown. I'm going to try to include the pics. Thanks❤
Hello @JamesEkdo, thank you for watching. Yes, you're right. There are 2 types of Kojic. In this soap, I used Kojic Acid Dipalmitate KAD powder. And this is oil soluble. ❤️
For my 500 grams of oil, lye is 70.75 grams and water is 190 grams this is base to the soap calc I used. And one thing there is additional of lye because of the presence of citric acid. Please check my video I indicate the formulation how to add the lye when citric acid is added. Thanks, I hope I answered your concern.❤
And does this formula apply to all active ingredients ? And adding 1 or 2 ingredients in the same oil ..will that affect soap ph ..how to compensate that ?
is adding kojic acid powder before trace a good idea? kojic acid is heat sensitive so i feel like the heat from the oil and lye will destroy its benefits before it even turns out as a soap. is it better to add Kojic acid after trace? what are your thoughts on that? and how well has the soap worked for ya'll?
Thank you so much for your interaction. Right now, the soap looks great and ready for testing. I'm going to test it of using the whole bar until I can till the kojic really helps the dark spot made lighter. I'm going to repost the result. Thank you very much. I appreciated it a lot.❤️
I was surprised by the color of the papaya extract. I did not expect that color. Very interesting.

How many grams of kojic acid , papaya extract and tumeric did you use
Hello There, according to my supplier I can use 1%-3% of kojic powder. I used 1% of my 500g. Of oil. 500g x 2% = 10g.
